He went on to say that quote " You guys got a good deal and now I wish I hadn't given it to you"! Obviously I am astounded and feel disgusted. If I could give this car back I would. Im sure Mr.Sohn would love to hear how his efforts to strengthen their brand legacy is being tarnished by incompetent managers. UPDATED : 08/23/16, 02:00PM EST It pains me to have to write this but I have been trying to secure an executed contract from these folks and still have not! we are getting the run around from Julio which is just so strange. Additionally, I just got off the phone with Ryan who is Stephanie's assistant and he does not know when she will be in next?! The sales process was really easy but the follow up is disastrous! Im having this escalted. My advise would be to not take your business to this establishment until they reconsider the customer journey. We recently purchased a car from here and Damon went above and beyond. He really listened to us, gave us options and responded to all of our questions. He's personable, knowledgeable, approachable, patient and very funny! I highly recommend him. Stephanie was also a great help. More
