After speaking to countless salesmen at multiple dealerships, I turned right back around to where I first started: Platinum Auto Mall. No dealership could compare to the price they were offering for a White 2010 Nissan Sentra. When I came back, our salesman, Roney, was very helpful in providing us with the carfax, giving us a tour of the vehicle and answering all our questions. There was a miscommunication at one point about the vehicle, but the sales manager, Wayne, made sure that I was properly compensated and received the best deal possible. After purchasing the vehicle, the finance manager, Bruce, was very helpful in assisting us with purchasing a warranty that would allow me to be worry-free for 6 years! I was very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this place to a friend! More

I purchased a 2011 clean Nissan maxima in and out from this place and it is great.The business manager Bruce also another person that helps you the most that he cans so you can get the best deal on the car. Exactly what I was looking for. I would like to start this review by saying I really am a customer no B.S there! I went Platinum Auto Mall on a Saturday just to check it out Before I read the Reviews online. Roney greeted me. I told him exactly the BMW series I was looking for and my price range. I was told that there will be a car fitting my description in a couple of days. when I went home and read the reviews I was very Wary. but because I had a good vibe from Roney I said let me see for myself. first of All everyone was friendly. Nick actually let me take the Car to a mechanic of my choosing. Took me 1.5 HR. ( and NO We didn't take it to the Bahamas Nick) lol the car checked out besides a minor issue that was addressed before I left the Dealership. I did my Own Insurance on the phone with Geico. Had them fax the ID cards straight to the dealership. I was offered the warranty and turned it down with no issue whatsoever.Bruce said "you don't want the Warrany that's ok, it's your decision) Now this is the Kicker when I went to finalize everything. My credit is fair in the mid 600. when my FICO score was 740 my previous car loan's APR was 8.7, Bruce Green went out of his way to get me a really good rate given my credit situation at least. My Score is 669 My APR is 7.4, I'm not gonna lie I tried to negotiate some Fees that all Dealerships charge. but Bruce knew I was getting the car cheaper than the Market Value, so he wouldn't budge. The only inconvenience I had caused myself was that I turned in my custom plates to the DMV the day before for storage because i didn't want to have any tickets linked to my old car that I had sold that weekend, so now i have to wait to transfer my Vanity plates to my new Bimmer. My main thing is I left the dealership very Happy. The car I bought was exactly what I wanted ( wish it had Navi though lol). My wife fell inlove with it. if you go in there Just ask for Roney or Yusef. They are good guys. Roney was extremely patient with me. My advice to any customer just go in there knowing what you want and how much you can afford. and Yes there will be extra fees on top of the price you negotiate with them. It's a dealership not a private seller. all dealerships will charge you those fees. Thank you. More
We went to Platinum Auto mall to look at a Volkswagen Jetta. They advertised the car online for $9,900.00. After arriving on site we were told the price was $9,900.00 AFTER a $2,000.00 down payment was m Jetta. They advertised the car online for $9,900.00. After arriving on site we were told the price was $9,900.00 AFTER a $2,000.00 down payment was made, bringing the total cost of the car to $11,900.00 or $2,000.00 more than they advertised online. We finally agreed to pay $11,250.00 for the car and put down the $2,000.00 deposit, and made an appointment to pick the car up at 12:00PM the next day. We showed up at 12:00PM and waited over two hours for someone to see us. When they finally brought us in to sign the paper work they attempted to sneak an additional $3,000.00 charge in for an extended warranty that we did not request and did not want. When we told the finance manager that we were not purchasing the warranty he said "I can't sell you the car for the price we agreed to unless you buy the warranty because I won't make enough money on the car." After the bait and switch we of course walked away and they still have NOT refunded our deposit. More
First of all they gave the internet and lot price scam. Which is a $3000 difference. The pretty Sales person Mellissa is uninformed. Then try to stick me on the the trade in. The worst part was for my actual sale price on my 2009 Mercedez Benz ML63. Truck was was suppose to be $37k After sales tax and finances all their crap ended up 50k. To add insult after I sign paper work. They couldn't find the spare key, the entertainment system remote and head sets were missing, cargo tarp missing and owner manual set. I assumed were inside store because people sometimes steal items when on the lot. All this should have been documented and negotiated before hand. They did replace the tires which I had to take to get redone elsewher. The run flats kept saying low. The sales people were very very pushy my first day which almost lead me to walk away from the deal which I should have done. I returned the next day. Bad move. The finance manager was nice but was just giving voodoo economic numbers. Just horrible...I basically gave them an extra 5k..smh smh More
