One of the worst dealerships in New York. Horrible experience. I already stopped 2 of my frieds going there. Please do not leave a deposit with them. I warn all car buyers!!! Stay the hell away from these people and this car dealership. They will take your money but when you need work done for your car that you purchased they will do everything and any people and this car dealership. Beware of their charges. Don't pay anything until you know exactly what you're paying. They add all these extra charges to the total bill and youll ask where the hell it all came from. When you call them they never answer and make up shady excuses or will say they'll call you but Ofcourse they never do. When you go to the Dealer they make you wait for hours. If you want to stay away from a nightmare stay the hell away from this hell hole. How they are still in business is beyond me. They are all thiefs and scammers. More
My wife and I have bought 5 bmw's from kg suzuki (soon to be 6) since 2004. I guess that says a lot in and of itself about our experience with them. An bmw is a great car and I'm sure that helps because, in my experience, they have very few problems so I have very few reasons to visit the dealership save maintenance and inspections. That being said, their sales people are knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. If you schedule a service appointment, it happens when it is supposed to, it is done when it is supposed to be done, they communicate their findings in detail, they don't assume anything, and they go to great strides to see that you're satisfied. I don't think that the rates are outrageous, either. An bmw is not an inexpensive car, the parts are not inexpensive but that's a given when you go in to buy one. They are one of the most comfortable, most responsive, and sexiest cars on the road (are you listening mercedes owners?). It's value and it has a cost. The car and the team at kg suzuki has never given me a single reason to regret that's why my wife and I choose bmw. More
I read all the reviews and I cannot believe that my story sounds exactly like the others. I waited forever and left with no car because they were "working on it" and "needed to speak with a customer service sounds exactly like the others. They never inform you of where you are in the buying process. They have 20 sales representative and 1 finance person. I have requested a refund and was told it was in the safe and they have no access until Monday. So, if someone comes in on a Sunday and gives them cash, where do they put it if they have no access to the safe until Monday, their pockets? Let the countdown begin. I am not going to go through all the negative process as the others on here. I am going to call the police a head of time and have them meet me at the dealer so I can get my money back as soon as I show up to get it. I don't know why it is so hard to be honest with their customers. Either you can do the deal or you can't! Came in to purchase a 2008 mercedes benz c300 4 matic. The listed internet price was $18,995.00 I was willing to do a trade in for my 04 tl which they valued at $8,000.00. I had visited several dealerships prior to KG Suzuki that stated my vehicle was worth $11,500.00 since it was dealership clean as they put it I refused to sell for the $8k until they decided to meet me at $10k. Once we begin to work the deal they stated that the vehicle is listed at $18k but would need to be certified before leaving the lot as the bank needed to do so before financing. I agreed and asked is the $23k price that i see the final price and was told yes. At this point I was told to pay the down payment on the vehicle which is paid $2,500.00. After waiting an additional two hours because they were "working on it" they tell me they could not get a response on the deal that they would need to speak to a person at the bank not a machine to get the deal done. This was stated after i had spent about 6 hours waiting. I was assured the vehicle was mine that on monday i would get a call on when to pick up the vehicle. Monday came i recieved no phone call so i waited for tuesday and called and was told the deal is hard to do they would call me back that day with a response. Tuesday finished and wednesday came but i never heard anything until later on that day.The finance manager finally answered and tells me that "rome wasn't built in a day and that most sales are impossible but im not impossible my deal is difficult to give him a day. I called back on thursday to find out why didnt i get a call back after speaking with the finance manager who stated he would call me back but to no avail!!! Finally he calls me back after stating he was working on my file to tell me that they could not work the deal and that i would have to take a different car. At this point i refused and stated "no i want my money back" and was told to call back in ten minutes to have the refund done but surprise when i call back i got no answer. Finally Friday i called and was placed on hold up to an hour waiting for a sales manager that was dodging my calls. Monday comes i call in looking to get my money back and was told i would have to speak to this person to get it done. This continued up til wednesday when i called saying i was going to report them to the bbb(better business bureau) and i was going to come there with the police for them. After this i was immediately connected to a manager who stated that the finance manager wasnt available that he would take a message at which is said no take care of it now. He claimed he can take my card info used to make the refund but they have my file since they had lost it that monday. I told them since the prior week that i would need that money back but it took a week still to get them to start the refund. It was only until today that i recieved a copy of my refund but im waiting on the bank to give me some feed back to see if these clowns,vermin,slimeballs,crooks,theives,low-lives,dishonest blood hounds actually honored their word. My advice KG SUZUKI ON NORTHERN BLVD NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. AND DO NOT TRY TO EMAIL OR RESPOND TO THIS YOU LIAR OF AN INTERNET MANAGER TO TRY TO PRETEND YOU GUYS DID EVERYTHING IN YOUR POWER TO HELP WE ALL KNOW YOUR FULL OF IT AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT A HUGE LAW SUIT IS COMING IN KG'S WAY. When I went to purchase the vehicle they treated me like gold. After the purchase when I needed them to honor the warranty and service the vehicle, they would not make the appointment over the phone with me gold. I actually had to show up to make an appointment for the service and when I returned 2 weeks later, they make me wait for five and a half hours and did not even do the work that the vehicle was scheduled for. This was the worst experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle, and I have purchased at least 6 vehicles for (not including private sellers)auto dealerships. I would definetly advise against making a purchase from this dealership. More
