Don't buy a vehicle from here if you want to be treated fairly. I bought a vehicle from here, with a trade in. I have been in the automobile industry in Florida for most of my life, so I at le treated fairly. I bought a vehicle from here, with a trade in. I have been in the automobile industry in Florida for most of my life, so I at least have some idea of what I'm dealing with and what to expect when I walk into a dealership. I paid nearly a premium for what seemed to be a quality vehicle. Here's the kicker - when I took the vehicle out on the highway after the deal was done, I went to turn on the cruise control which was clearly listed in the ad and to my surprise, NO CRUISE CONTROL! NO TILT STEERING! An options package worth about $1,000.00! Ok, fine. But when I tried to return the vehicle with ad in hand to exchange for the proper vehicle, no dice. No refund, no rebates, no unwinding the deal, no alternate vehicle, customer satisfaction or mention thereof. Basically, their attitude was "You bought it, now get out of here." When I showed up back on the lot 5 minutes after leaving, the Sales department wouldn't even speak to me - completely ignored. I had to go in to the customer service department and ask to speak to a general manager. My advise is that there are plenty of other Ford dealers out there, or dealerships in general for that matter. My lease was up on my old car and I was going month to month with it. I realized that now was the best time to buy a new car. I recently had obtained my first career job a few weeks prior and wasn't sure I'd be able to finance the car myself. Justin worked hand in hand with me and helped get me into a 2013 Ford Focus. I contacted at least 7-10 different automobile dealerships and spoke with several different salespeople but Justin's knowledge, diligence and hard work along with Jeff's willingness to help and stay late to complete the deal quickly and efficiently made the difference. The dealership wasn't the closest to me but was definitely worth the drive! Thank you again Plantation Ford! More
