exceptional! There's been a lot of stuff going on in my life and being stressed is kind of an understatement. After the insurance company totalled my van the last thing I wanted to do was go looking for a new one. I found some online to go look at. The first one was at Pioneer. Right off I was comfortable with Frank, and to me that's very important. He wasn't pushy or over the top, Frank is nice, pleasant, down to earth. They had the van I was looking at online, I test drove it and bought it!!! First stop and I found exactly what I was looking for. Everyone we dealt with, (Frank, Mike & Jason) was nice and very welcoming...we felt right at home. Things for the most part usually are not easy for me....this experience was 110% stress free and easy. I highly recommend Pioneer Motor Group...car shopping has never been like this, you can't beat the team at Pioneer. They're one of a kind and the best there is!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE OK So for starters, Eric is the best ever. He not only helped me get a great car, he listened to me and all my personal problems and issues and helped OK So for starters, Eric is the best ever. He not only helped me get a great car, he listened to me and all my personal problems and issues and helped me through it all to become a proud owner of a 2013 Toyota Camry. Jason was wonderful in getting me a much better rate than my pre-apporved loan from my own bank. I highly recommend anyone looking for a excellent used car to go see Eric and Jason and let them help you out. They did for me and I cant believe my dream has come true. EXCELLENT PLACE!!!!! More

Outstanding service Wow , where to start, I recently made my first purchase of a 2008 GMC Acadia. Eric Leclerc was my sales man , At First When I called I was calling in Wow , where to start, I recently made my first purchase of a 2008 GMC Acadia. Eric Leclerc was my sales man , At First When I called I was calling in reference to a different GMC Acadia , as we spoke to schedule a time to test drive it, the time he had available didn't fit my schedule as I told him I had kids to pick up from Daycare and After school program, we scheduled a different time , He called me later on that evening to let me know that they had just got another GMC that would be great for me since I had kids, it had DVD entertainment system, leather heated seats, third row seats, I went the next day to test drive it and loved it. As a first time car owner this process could not have been any easier. Eric knew what I was looking for. Jason Ayik helped me with my Loan process, again as a first time car owner and with limited credit, to get a car loan wasn't easy, but Jason made it work got me a great loan with a good interest rate, as we sat to sign the papers he explain every detail on the loan and the rest of the paper work. I'm very happy with my purchase and with the service I received. I will most definitely recommend Pioneer Motor Group to friends and Family. More

Thanks for all the hardwork!!! I had a great experience at Pioneer because Jason worked hard on getting me a loan when it was very unlikely...even though I didn't get the best rate. I tend to have "buyers remorse" after substantial purchases, but I didn't this time because I knew we were getting the best deal possible and there was no run around, everything was up front and everyone was honest.
