Brought my car in for an oil change and a recall. Thankfully Daniel got us a real nice loaner car so I could finish my errands. Daniel was able to accommodate us at a last minute appt. Had to have extended warranty service on 2014 Focus with transmission issues (no reverse). Daniel was very helpful, getting me in before that warranty period expired. Car drives better than new, al5hough I transmission issues (no reverse). Daniel was very helpful, getting me in before that warranty period expired. Car drives better than new, al5hough I am not sure this is a “fix” or just a repair to break again. I have had major issues with Long’s before with a complaint to FOMOCO. Never got satisfaction and was treated in a cavalier manner by service manager/s etc. Issue never completed to even safety levels. But, I will be going to the Lincoln side and Daniel from now on and hope for the best. So far, we are very satisfied with the service. More
