Bought a brand new Mustang GT Premium and noticed flaws in the paint upon getting the car home and cleaned up. Contacted them and they made the attempt to correct the paint issues, the sales manager Arron in the paint upon getting the car home and cleaned up. The problem is with the body shop, they corrected the paint issues at the rear of the car but caused more problems in other areas that weren’t already issues! Burnt through the clear coat on the roof and drivers side quarter panel right on the body line, left orange peel in areas, over spray from clear in a few spots, a couple fisheyes in the paint and there’s dust in the clear everywhere they worked! When I went back down to pick the car up I noticed a few issues still but not to the extent of everything wrong until I got it in my shop under some really good lighting. Completely disgusted with the car but can’t bring myself to drive it the 180 miles back down there and trust leaving it again for another month only to come back in worse condition. Not what you’d ever expect when buying a new car, especially for your wife for a 20 year anniversary present! She doesn’t have nearly the eye for these kind of issues that I do but every time she walks around the car she’s pointing out more issues. Worst experience ever from buying a new car and I’ve bought plenty! I would love to give the sales staff 5 stars for time and effort but can only give one star to this review because of the finished product that the body shop pushed out the door! I’ve bought used cars that had better paint quality than this new one! Probably wouldn’t bring my business here again. More

Only recommend if you get to work with Daniel If I could just work with Daniel Biedron then yes I would recommend this service center. But luckily Daniel was able to get my Navigators Liftgate replaced, although it did take over a month for the part to even come in. Very professional and explained the entire process even answered questions I had. More
After bringing our Lincoln Navigator in for a front differential problem my husband was not offered a loner although he needed to get back-and-forth to work. My husband expressed to the dealership that he only had a couple of days left before he was supposed to be leaving the state to be with his family before his flight out of country. The dealership can see that all.of his property is in the SUV. They Did not offer him to expedite the part, they ordered the wrong part and had to expedite the correct part and did not finish his vehicle when the part came in today. (It was in by 12.)My husband has now been paying to stay in a hotel for 6 nights along with not having a vehicle to get to and from work those last couple of days or to get food. (Thank you to coworkers.) I am frustrated and hurt. As a previous employee it breaks my heart to see soldiers treated this way. More

This was on 29 July and I turned my truck over to you. I was expecting the check the same day, but was told it would take two to three days. After a minor glitch, I was then told I would have in 3 or 4 August. It is not 3:30 4 August and I still don't have my check. My salesman told me he was off today and that I should get it tomorrow. At best, the finance department is overloaded, at worst they are incompetent. I don't put any of the blame on my salesman. More

I brought my Lincoln MKX in for service and I was very early as I am in the Army and was on a short timeline as always Daniel was there to take my vehicle in and offered me a ride back to base.
