Worse Lincoln dealership I have ever dealt with. I tried to call and schedule an oil change on July 21st but was disconnected. So I drove to the dealership on July 22nd and pulled into the bay marked "Service" where I sat in my vehicle for over 10 minutes. Then I got out and stood by my vehicle (a Lincoln Nautilus). After another 5 minutes or so a man walked by and said "what do you want?" I told him that I was trying to schedule an oil change. He went inside and I followed. There were 2 podiums inside. When I said that I wanted a loaner vehicle he said that couldn't happen before the end of August. I said okay then, I'll skip the loaner but I would like to have my vehicle picked up and delivered back to me. He said that couldn't happen until the middle of August. I told that man (I don't know his name) as I was leaving that I certainly was happy that I got my Lincoln in Texas and not from his dealership. I then scheduled my oil change at the Ford dealership near my house (it is also a Phil Long dealership) and just had it done today. The service was courteous and fast and I was done there in half an hour at about half the price that the Lincoln dealership quoted me. A free loaner vehicle is one of the perks offered to Lincoln owners and I always get a loaner from the dealers in Texas, Bluebonnet Motors in New Braunfels or North Park Lincoln in San Antonio (both are owned by the Kahlig Auto group). The longest I have ever had to wait is 2 or 3 days, not more than a month. Those 2 Texas dealers know how to treat Lincoln customers and I keep going back to them for both sales and service. More
