I'm really going to try and keep this simple even though I'm pretty upset right now with this company. Really what it came down to is that they lied to us in order to get us into the car, they made the dea I'm pretty upset right now with this company. Really what it came down to is that they lied to us in order to get us into the car, they made the deal complicated, spun the numbers, and they made mistake after mistake with paperwork. The only thing they got right was the actually delivery of the car. I dealt specifically with the KIA branch, but David works with Honda as well and maybe the other brands as well I’m not sure. Deception and Lies: When I left the dealership on 9/24/11 I had been trying to strike a deal on a KIA Sorento getting me to a specific car payment for 72 months. We could not come to an agreement so I left to go purchase another car where I had a better deal. On the way to the other dealership they called me on the phone and told me to come back because they had a buyer interested in my trade in and they could give me additional money for my trade it that would allow me to hit my requested monthly payments. When I came back the next day to sign the purchase and sale agreement the numbers didn't match what we had talked about. I asked to see the details and the salesman said he never knows what his customers pay for an APR. So the finance manager David came out and told me that my rate was 2.9% and that's how he got my payments down. When I went to close the deal I found out the rate was not 2.9%, but 3.5% and the finance manager said he quoted me the "buy rate" and not the APR. He also had given me a 75 month deal rather than a 72 month deal. So as you can see they told me that they were going to give me $1000 extra for a trade when really I ended up paying for the extra money need to hit the lower monthly payments in 3 extra months of payments. Mistakes: The title was printed wrong, the color of the car was not on the RMV-1 form, they gave me the wrong paperwork for the warranty on the tires, I scheduled an appointment to meet with the finance manager and made us wait for 2 hours while my wife was 9 months pregnant and a 4 year old, they could not answer all of my questions on the car. After all of this they tried to bribe us with 1 free oil change and talk of a $20 gift certificate to a restaurant which was insulting after we were lied to. More

He was extremly pleasant and willing to listen to what I was looking for at the right fair price i was willing to pay! Well we talked about a price and the right color/options we were looking for and within a day or two/three he was back in touch with me saying it could be done! Excellent job guys so far !! Again Matt was not pushy like many of the other dealers i have been to in my sometimes unpleasant search, all the other dealers kept telling me there was no way that deal could be done. I drove a 1 1/2 hr to do this deal with Peters Kia when my local dealer would not even try. They were wrong!and lost a sell. After a very short and fairly painless finance process we were on our way in our fully fueled brand new 2012 Black Cherry SX-AWD KIA 270HP Turbo Sportage. This head turner has been so far a blast, I would HIGHLY advise the Turbo it gives this (650 sporty miles so far) Rocket Ship the pep/Respect it deserves. Thank You guys !! I needed to downsize my vehicle and I was not sure what my options were. My salesperson, Anthony was very helpful and knowlegable about all the vehicles and options that were available to me.He was very fr my options were. When my wife and I had arrived at Peter's Kia, we had already put a down payment on an other car at a differant dealer. Anthony greeted us as we entered and listened to what our needs were. He was able to offer us an upgrade from what we originaly were looking for and at what we feel was a good price. He assured us that he would be able to have the vehicle we wanted in a few days and came through. At no time was Anthony pushy or forceful. He came across as sincere and gained our trust. Nancy Cote was also very helpful when dealing with the financials. My wife and I feel we were treated very well by this dealership. We actually bought a brand new Path Finder at this dealer in 2003 and felt the same way then, as we do now! More
I needed a new Kia sorento with a third row of seats, and virtually every one of them in 200+ miles I could find were either loaded and out of my price range or weren't 4wd, etc. Chris P. our sales guy, nego virtually every one of them in 200+ miles I could find were either loaded and out of my price range or weren't 4wd, etc. Chris P. our sales guy, negotiated a very good deal on a base model for us without having the vehicle so we could know what we'd pay if he could find one. It was a huge effort on his part and the dealer to locate one, they called dealers that didn't keep their inventory on line, computerized searches, and finally found one from a dealer in Rhode Island that didn't publish their inventory on line. Chris kept me in the loop, got a backup color choice shipped to them in case he couldn't find the perfect color for us because we needed a new vehicle. The deal was exactly as we discussed, no hassles, no surprises, the vehicle was exactly what I needed. Car was prepped and perfect on time, paperwork took less than a half hour, loaded the kids up and done. It was by far the best car buying experience I've had. Chris and the dealer went the extra mile. The Sorento is awesome. More
It was a quick sale; lower price, and friendlier atmosphere than at a competitor's dealership. Plus, there were more cars on the lot to choose from.
