Went here to look at a new Kia Optima and ended up driving away with one that same day! With that being said, there was little to know pressure to buy at all. Before going to the dealership I contacted several dealerships and had spent two days negotiating a price for the specific Kia Sorento that I was interested in. Jenny was very helpful and friendly, bu dealerships and had spent two days negotiating a price for the specific Kia Sorento that I was interested in. Jenny was very helpful and friendly, but it turned out that she is not informed of how all of their promotions work, which was our only negative. The rebate and interest rate that she had quoted ended up being an either or option, instead of together as she had mentioned. When we got to the dealership to test drive the car we met Charlie. He always went above and beyond for us and is the main reason we bought the car at Peters. It was after all of the negotiating was done that we found out about Jenny being misinformed when the interest rate that we got from Raja was not the one that we were quoted. In a matter of minutes though we were able to find a workaround with Charlie and Mike. The rest of the deal went very smooth and featured more amazing service from Charlie.
