My husband and I contacted the dealership 30 minutes prior to closing on a Sunday to inquire about test driving a sorento, and without hesitation we were told to come by that day. We were greeted by Richard Roy, who took a moment to learn what we were looking for. Within a few moments we were out for a drive (with no pressure to make it quick since it was already after closing time.) When we returned from the test drive, we told him that we wanted to take a few days to think about it and then we would get back to him. Although I was being contacted multiple times per day by other dealerships, Richard never once pestered me with phone calls or emails to see what my hold up was. Once we were ready to move on things, I contacted Richard, provided him with the specific vehicle, options and color I was interested in as well as the quotes of their competitors. Without hesitation he went to work, locating the vehicle I was looking for and beating the competitions price by hundreds of dollars. When "signing day" came and the vehicle showed up with a $500 worth of additional options, there was never any negotiation to up the price we had agreed to (his exact words were "My sales manager and I are not going to do that to you.") In the past I have HATED to deal with car dealers; I have always felt like a was just another deal waiting to be done. This was absolutely NOT my experience with Richard Roy at Peters Kia. His very laid back personality and helpful and friendly demeanor was exactly right for me. I would highly recommend him to any customer looking for a straight forward sales person. More

I went to this dealership because it has about two hundred used cars to choose from. I ended up purchasing the first vehicle that he brought to me. I cannot go a day with out driving my new car. I had the best experience with Richard Roy. Our trip to Peters was to check out a few makes that they carry, it was very convenient to compare these makes all on one lot, rather than traveling all over creation. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We went back the next day and leased the vehicle we test drove the day before with a couple of hours.
