My wife and I had a great buying experience at Peter's of Nashua with the help of Chris Prescott. We stopped in to look around a week before we bought our new car, and Chris answered all of our question Nashua with the help of Chris Prescott. We did not intend to buy during our first visit and had several other dealership stops afterwards. Chris was very respectful of our wishes to do due diligence with our important purchase and never made us feel pressured with our decision. After visiting several other dealerships in the area, we had a better sense of exactly what make, model and color we were looking for. Chris called us back a few days later to follow up, and after I told him what we were looking for, within a half hour he was able to track our vehicle down. Our buying experience was very pleasant and we felt respected through the negotiations and very happy with our purchase. Chris continued to check up on us while the car was getting prepped and went through all of the features on our vehicle, including getting our phones setup with the bluetooth access before we left. The experience of buying a vehicle can be very overwhelming, and not a very good one. However, at Peters of Nashua it was the exact opposite. I wanted to wait to purchase but he really made sense about my trade and the numbers Peters offered me were too good to pass up. I did not just roll over and take any price they did deal with me and Chris kept going back to his manager on my behalf. He really knew alot about the business and it felt good to have someone with experience who did not make you feel like you were swindled in any way. I left there knowing that I would be happy with my decision and I would be back in 5 years for new suv.
