Excellent Service" Great Team I recently had to replace my 9 year old car very quickly (potential repairs would cost more than the car was really worth). I visited the lot at Peters, looked at a few options and settled on a good choice. The sales staff worked to get me a reasonable deal. My original salesman left just before I was to pick up the car and finish the process. Ryan Cloutier made sure there were no set backs with this change. He had Mark Alexander step in and step up - Mark was attentive, respective and treated my used car purchase as if it was a new car purchase. Ronnie was just all around helpful. Steve, the finance person, explained everything, clearly and with humor. All in all, my experience was very positive. I am a long time customer of Peters, having bought Hondas there since the early 80's. They are my first choice for car shopping and I would not hesitate to go back again ( in another 9 years). :) More

Found all persons we came into contact with polite and friendly. No one was overly eager to get at us and allowed us to take out time to look around. When we were ready, we sought out a sales rep who was ready to answer any questions we had. Yes, you are in a dealer ship and the object is for them to sell cars however, their approach is not so overly aggressive that you find yourself pressured and turned off. We walked out of there with a brand new vehicle and were happy with the whole experience from pricing to paperwork! Would recommend / refer all to this dealership! I had bought a vehicle from Peters many years ago and remembered that it was a pleasurable experience. I went to the Peters website and saw many, many positive reviews of salesperson, Kim Richards. I called Kim directly and made an appointment. Kim was simply awesome...very knowledgeable and friendly, I immediately felt comfortable with her and she was extremely accommodating.
