Walking into Peters Kia, I wasn't sure how on earth I could get a car. I knew what I wanted and had done my research and of course I called ahead. She worked day and night, kept me updated, answered mynmillion and one questions, and completely got rid of that old feeling of dread when dealing with a car sales(wo)man! I've been in customer service for years, and I don't impress easily, but Kim blew me out of the water. I would reccomend her to anyone and already have! My husband and I had been researching new vehicles for a while and on New Years Day had some time to go test drive a Honda CRV after having been to other dealers, looking at other models. Kim Richards was not the original person we were supposed to meet with, but it was a fortunate turn of events. Through the whole process she was helpful, accommodating, and friendly. There was even one point where I got some bad news about my trade (basically flipped out) and then after some talking, turned a negative into a positive and struck a deal. Jon in the finance office was exceptionally personable and funny. We spent most of the time joking and laughing through the paperwork process. We had a remote starter put into my car a week after purchase. Unfortunately, my husband had a bad run-in with one of the other sales rep at Honda. He was not friendly or helpful, and was downright rude. I will not mention his name because everyone is allowed to have a bad day, and one bad apple won't spoil the bunch. Since my purchase Kim Richards has still been in contact to make sure all of the follow-up items were taken care of and that we're happy with our purchase. It's only been a little over a week but I love the car and overall, would recommend Peter's Auto to anyone in the area looking for a Nissa, Kia, or Honda. More
