She was absolutely the best sales person I have ever worked with! She did everything in her power to get us into our new car. To make a long story short, we ended up with the 2015 Kia Soul Plus edition. I am in love with this car! Kim was such a pleasure to work with. We did a little shopping around and came back to look at a used 2009 Mitsubishi Galant that I saw on Peters website. Mark was very helpful and patient during the whole process. What I liked most was that he wasn't pushy. He even purchased some touch up paint and had us bring the car back and leave it for a few hours so he could touch up the paint. My only negative experience was with Jeff in Finance who wouldn't let us take possession of the car until we paid for it in full. They only allowed me to put $3,000 on my credit card and needed the balance on a cashier's check. Since it was 8:00 at night, I couldn't get the cashier's check until the next day. I was a previous customer and have an excellent credit history, but he still wouldn't let leave with the car. Pam apologized for him the next day, but it did leave a bad impression. Good first car buying experience I recently purchased my first "new" (used) car at Peters, and it was a great experience in customer service! We worked with Dan Carlo, and in a busin I recently purchased my first "new" (used) car at Peters, and it was a great experience in customer service! We worked with Dan Carlo, and in a business often dominated by pushy salespeople, Dan was so great to work with. He was efficient, laid back and friendly, showing us the selection they had without any being pushy or pressuring us, in addition to being sensitive to budget and other concerns. He took the time to do searches on his own while we weren't there for cars I might like, and when we were only available a couple nights a week to finalize choosing a car, he offered to come in on his night off to help us out. I ended up buying a 2009 Camry, and aside from a brief wait to see someone from finance, Peter's was great to work with - making sure we were taken care of, negotiating on a good price, and ensuring that we were fully informed about the options available at every step. I would recommend Peter's as a dealership, and highly recommend working with Dan! I am very happy with my car and look forward to driving it for a long time. More

First one was a used SUV and this one being my first brand spanking new right off the truck leased vehicle. I returned to Peters just to see the best car salesman out there- Andrew Davis. Andy he had assisted me with my first purchase and this time got me into my dream car-a Kia Optima EX. There were no hassles or pressure and he was able to keep my payments at exactly what I was currently paying for my SUV which included the heated seats I demanded I have in a new vehicle. I was also unsure how leasing worked since I had never gone that route before with any prior vehicle. Andy gave me the entire run down of how leasing worked and I then discovered that it did fit my needs. He spent hours with me and when all was said and done I got to drive my brand new vehicle home that day! Andy went up and beyond by sitting in the new vehicle with me and he explained to me all the gadgets this car had to offer and how they worked. He even assisted me with programming my seats and the Sirius Radio with all my favorite music. I will be returning to Peters in 3 years for a new vehicle and you can bet I will only be dealing with Andrew Davis once again. Great experience :) More
