We were looking to downsize from our current SUV to a smaller one. I called because of a car I saw online, and Chris Olsen was very helpful. He made an appointment for us, and when we arrived, the car we were looking at was waiting for us at the showroom door for a test drive, that was extraordinary! We then went through the process of looking at several vehicles before deciding on our purchase. Through the entire process, Chris Olsen, (and Ryan Cloutier), were very patient and thorough. They answered every question that we had, and presented all of our financing options in a clear and understandable manner. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car! More

CANT STOP STARING AT MY NEW CAR IN MY DRIVEWAY Im sitting here and still cant believe how awsome I made out at Peters Kia !!! I went in there looking for a used car that I could buy in cash for $10 Im sitting here and still cant believe how awsome I made out at Peters Kia !!! I went in there looking for a used car that I could buy in cash for $10,000.00 but drove out of there in a brand new car! Brand new! The crazy thing is not only did I end up paying less than $10,000.00 for my new car, but I didnt even put a penny down! I honestly owe it all to my salesman, Nicky. Such a awsome awsome guy. The exact oppisite of what a car salesman is supposed to be like :) Nicky actually came up with a plan for me where instead of emptying out my savings account and buying a used car with a ton of miles on it for $10,000.00 in cash, He got me into a lease in a brand new 2015 Kia Optima for a really affordable monthly payment. The kicker of it all is that if you add up the money I will spend on my monthly payment over the next three years, it is way under the $10,000.00 i was originaly planing on spending, and all my money is still in my bank account safe and accessable to me incase of an emergency. My husband and I had done lots of research online into dealers, makes, models -- you name it. We had narrowed the search down to just a very few specific cars, in particular a Lincoln MKX that we saw here at Peters Kia of Nashua / Used Cars. We decided last Saturday to take a ride up to look at it and check it out. We pulled into the lot and were greeted immediately by Nick Keicher. He was courteous, friendly -- but not in an in-your-face-up-your-you-know way. He asked us a few (good) questions -- you know, were we looking for anything in particular, how had we heard of the car, yadda yadda -- and after some standard "business' stuff -- we were off for a test drive. I loved it. I felt like I was betraying my Jeep, but -- there it was. We decided to go inside and see what kind of deal we (well, hubby) could work out. And --- that's when we found out (cue the organ music): Ryan, the sales manager (nice guy, by the way -- and not pushy at all like you would expect of a dealership sales manager) let us know that not only was this Nick's first deal, we were his first customers altogether! We seriously didn't know and frankly weren't worried at all; it was clear that this dearlership and its management employees are well-trained and not only know THEIR stuff, but make sure each employee is trained and comfortable in each phase of the sale. They watch out for each other -- didn't feel like the usual 'cutthroat' dealer operation. After some confusion over warranties was cleared (and I must say, the dealership really bent over backwards to make sure that the confusion was cleared up and that my husband and I were fully satisfied, and we were) we signed the paperwork. Three days later -- I have my new car. Love it -- and I couldn't be happier. I cannot recommend this dealership and its employees more highly.
