Nick Digirolamo made this a fun car buying experience! Have to say Nick showed me the value of the Kia line of cars! Just before closing Saturday night he said "just take it for a ride", I did, and he did Have to say Nick showed me the value of the Kia line of cars! I drove more than a few that night and have to say I fell in Love with how the Kia drove and all the options the Optima offered! Nick was just happy to be selling cars and helping me figure out what I wanted, because up until driving the Optima I had driven too many cars and was not liking ay of the others brands I tried. Team Kia began with Nick, moved onto Ryan and then to Sean in Finance, They were all friendly, patient and more than fun to talk with and banter with when it came to negotiating! I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested in a Kia, ask for Nick (unless he's gets to you first) you won't be disappointed, they made the car buying experience fun! I kept putting it off dreading the long car buying process. On my way to the grocery I decided to swing into Peters and browse around and see what they had. Within a few minutes I was approached by Nick, instantly he made the process so pleasurable, it was like shopping for a car with a friend. He sat down asked what we were looking for and patiently laid out the options and made suggestions based on his professional knowledge and his experience with other clients. I use the word patient because while working with me he had other clients stopping in and he never made me feel rushed or the other client feel like he was to busy for them....he has a genuine way of making all round him feel welcome. He is hardworking and very good at what he does. Long story short, I bought a car that is perfect for our family. My daughter who will probably be driving the car the most loves it! The thing I enjoyed the most about working with Nick was that he genuinely cared about getting us the best car for our future family, while also trying to get us the best deal possible. Throughout the entire process, Nick could not have been more professional when explaining to us the pros and cons of buying different types of SUVS (We went with the Honda CRV). He genuinely cared about making a connection with us, which when dealing with salesman (being one myself) is hard to find. Its the little things such as: making light conversation, always asking if you need water or coffee, casual joking, making you feel good about the typical 3-6 hours you spend at a dealership. My wife and I have bought a total of 3 cars from Peters, Nick was 100X better than anyone I have dealt with at Peters. The statement I just made should not be taken lightly, because Peters has excellent customer service and I've truly enjoyed working with everyone there. He made an appointment for us, and when we arrived, the car we were looking at was waiting for us at the showroom door for a test drive, that was extraordinary! We then went through the process of looking at several vehicles before deciding on our purchase. Through the entire process, Chris Olsen, (and Ryan Cloutier), were very patient and thorough.
