I am 70 years old and in all my years, I am failing to remember a time where cusotmer service by any company has been as bad as what I am experiencing with Perris Valley Kia. Last week, I received a no remember a time where cusotmer service by any company has been as bad as what I am experiencing with Perris Valley Kia. Last week, I received a notification from Kia America stating that my car qualified for a theft deterrent installation at no charge and that I should make an appointment with my local Kia dealer to get it done. So, of course, the next thing I did was go to the Kia Perris Valley website, where I already have an account as I have had work done on my car done before and when I signed in, it stated that there is no recalls on my car and then if I need to bring it the initial estimate would be $169!! xxx??? So, I called them at the number provided for service on the dealer's website. Young lady answered the phone and I briefly told her what the issue was and was told I had the wrong department that i wanted service (well, that is the number I called so already there is a problem) and she transferred me. The phone rang multiple times until answered by an automated system which said that there was no one available to take my call and then it just hung up on me. So, I called again, this time calling the general number as listed on the website. I pressed "2" after being prompted, for the service department and person answered it in the service department. I explained about the notice, the no recall notation on the website and about no online appointments for 30 days at least when trying to make an appointment online. He told me that it was the website policy to not accept appointments within a 30 day period (GREAT way in my opinion to chase customers away) and then he told me that I needed to make an appointment and he would transfer me to the appointment desk. The call was transferred and again, no human, phone was answered by automated system which said There is no one available to answer your call and then just "beeped". Nothing about leave a voice mail, a number after the beep or anything, just the beep. I left a message anyway not even knowing if that is what was expected. so, after that, I completed the contact form on the Perris Valley KIA website at https://www.perrisvalleykia.com/contactus and explained my situation. The only responses I have received so far is from the sales department. My situation has had nothing to do with sales, I have never mentioned sales and believe you me, I never will mention sales at this dealer even if they were the last dealer on the planet. I would rather walk than buy a new car from this place. I received no less than 7 or 8 emails and texts combined from the dealership sales department including from the general Sales Manager himself. Obviously their contact system does nothing more than create auto-responses from their sales and marketing department and that no one reads the information or requests provided in the initial contact. This morning, I took the chance by calling the phone number that was on one of the many emails I received from a Mr. Adam Awwad of the sales department in hopes it was a direct line. He answered, it was a direct line. I asked him why he was contacting me and he said he was responding to my inquiry (Yes, that is what he said) about a new car. I told him I wanted to talk to the general manager or the dealership owner. He said hold on, I could hear him in the background talking to someone saying that there is a (my name) on the phone with a complaint. The phone was picked up by the an person saying he was the Sales Manager,, I did not catch his name but I believe it was Jose Salgado, who, believe it or not, was one of the people who sent me an email that said, "My name is Jose Salgado General Sales Manager, I see that you have been in communication with Alexander Niebla about the Kia Full Line. If there is anything that I can do to earn your business please let me know." I have more but limited by character count More
CONSUMER BEWARE! ! LIARS AND CHEATS!!! Took my Kia here for repairs/recalls and they tried to say that there was so many things wrong with it for a total of >$7,000!! ! LIARS AND CHEATS!!! Included in the list was 2 things that I just did so I know it was a scam because they didn’t even look, they just added it to the list. I had them fix 2 recalls and then took my car somewhere else. They told me it would be no charge but then turned around and charged me $200!!!! They are also so hard to get a hold of when you call. The other place I took it to said that all that stuff they said was NOT wrong with it and was able to fix it for only $1,000. WHAT A SCAM this Kia dealership is pulling!!! Either they are scamming for money on repairs or scamming to get you to trade it in, or probably both! Either way it is horrible!!! I will NEVER bring my car here EVER again!! More
Real xxxxxxxx that do not value the customer. Top to bottom these guys are TERRIBLE! Incompetent and total idiots. The sales manager and the general manager have no respect for the customer. The voice mail that you are thrown into is smarter than they are! They will RIP YOU OFF and mistreat you. Poor service and RUDE! Stay far away unless you want to be lied to and have your time wasted! Watch out for the bait and switch and other unethical as well as immoral practices. BAD CUSTOMER SERVIVE. This place is the WORST!!! More
I just wanted to test drive a K5 and ask about factory ordering. I waited around outside for about fifteen minutes to see if a salesman would approach, the didn't I went inside another 5 minutes before I ordering. I asked about factory ordering. The salesman (he never gave his name) proceeded to tell me it's impossible twice while talking over me. Then once we were outside he made a beeline for a family that had walked up to look at a K5. He spoke with the husband and I heard him say "I'll get the keys." I have never felt so ignored and disrespected I'm not going to be doing any business with this dealership. More
Amazing and Great-full Perris Valley Kia helped me with my KIA it was diagnosed that my car needed a new engine and because I service my oil changes on KIA they replaced my Perris Valley Kia helped me with my KIA it was diagnosed that my car needed a new engine and because I service my oil changes on KIA they replaced my engine for free. I want to thank Angel my Service Representative for being so caring and professional with me since day 1. I was provided with a Loaner and provided the service my car needed plus his professionalism at all times. Thank you Angel and I really hope KIA recognizes you for Customer Service, Professionalism and going the extra mile for your customers. More

The team at Perris valley valley pushed and pushed like no other car dealership has done for me the people I worked with were amazing and super polite and ready to tend to my every need and want. I would recommend Perris valley Kia to any friends and family I have looking for a car. My experience was truly exceptional. I absolutely love me 2019 Kia stinger and I couldn't be any happier. All I want to say is thank you to the management team the finance team and the fleet team. More

I only brought it there since it has a warranty left. I told Carlos Alvarez at the front desk, I need the alternator or my starter looked at. He claims it was just a dead battery. I told him I just bought the battery last summer. He claims my car could not be serviced or checked without a new battery. I said I would pick up my battery & take it back where I bought it since it still had a warranty. He tells me "hope you brought your tools" & has ME take out my own battery stating it would be an additional $20 if his guys took it out, mind you I'm a woman & its like 40 degrees out. Fine I did it. I bring back new battery, replace it MYSELF, car still won't start. So I go back to the desk, tell him, he acts surprised, then has the nerve to ask if I still want his guys to look at it. I said why bother you didn't want to when I asked you to so just sign me out. I had AAA tow me back home. I would rather forfeit the warranty, which I'm sure that was what he was aiming for & fix my alternator myself. I'm sure Autozone and Youtube will help me more. More
Best price vs value Sales Department: Purchased a new Kia Sorento last week after doing my due diligence and visiting the Temecula and San Bernardino Kia Dealerships and Sales Department: Purchased a new Kia Sorento last week after doing my due diligence and visiting the Temecula and San Bernardino Kia Dealerships and obtaining quotes. The Perris Dealership was able to beat both Dealerships prices and add another 2K in savings. The initial sales staff availability was a little slow but once the process started, everything went smoothly and timely. This is the second Kia I have purchased in the last 5 years and I'm a happy customer. Service Department: needs major improvement, I spent over 4 hours there for an oil change, ended up taking my car back home, rescheduled, only to be stuck there for another 3 hours the second time around. They did offer a 50% off on the bill that was overpriced for the service performed but I would definitively NOT take my car for service there again. More

The service technicians tried to oversell me and then over charged me for the routine maintenance service. Initially they denied the over charge but when I challenged the fees they backed down and gave me a $75 credit. I waited over 2 hours for the service to be done. Finally I requested they get my car so I could leave. Trust, integrity and customer service is lacking at this location. Kia Temecula is awesome!!!! More
