We went looking for a Sorrento for my wife. When we got there we were greeted by a salesman and he introduced himself and asked us how could he help us. We explained that we were just looking a When we got there we were greeted by a salesman and he introduced himself and asked us how could he help us. We explained that we were just looking and what exactly we were looking for. He showed us a few models of the Sorrento and my wife didn't see in the color that she wanted. Without any hesitation our salesman who's name is Axel understood and told us that that he was sorry that he didn't have anything that she liked. Axel and my wife continued to talk as I stepped away and he informed her that he had a model in the back that he wanted her to check out and see what she thought. He went and got the Sorrento, asked her to check it out. She did just that and she liked it! We made a deal and the rest is history. There was no pressure from Axel saying that the deal was only good for right then and we had to buy right then. It was a pleasure to meet him and to work with him. I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from him. More
