Their top priority the entire time was to ensure that we left as completely satisfied customers. We purchased an Acadia, then returned a few days later to have a Yukon built. Paul and Tom are extremely friendly, courteous and definitely a no-pressure sales. This dealership takes pride in customer service and satisfaction, which is evident on the sales floor with Paul and Tom and in finance, with Pablo. Outstanding job to Tom, Paul and Pablo! We can't say Thank You enough and we will return again! More

Why Perrine? This is the 4th GMC SUV we have purchased from this dealer in 12 years. I aggressively looked/drove other mid-suv's and priced shopped all more than This is the 4th GMC SUV we have purchased from this dealer in 12 years. I aggressively looked/drove other mid-suv's and priced shopped all more than ever have. Our salesman, Paul Kirchmyer, was professional without being "hard sell"--that is a big no-no. Other sales people at other dealers varied from hard sell to in-experienced. Also, the financing was attractive--competitive plus a unique Teacher GMC Incentive--and there was no "hard sell" on the extended warranty stuff. A positive experience at Perrine! Best dealer in Central Jersey People here were great! I was able to turn in my 2014 Enclave without a problem for service. Even tho I had to go there for a Recall it was done reall People here were great! I was able to turn in my 2014 Enclave without a problem for service. It was the easiest carbuying experience we've ever had. We looked at both the GMC Acadia and Buick Enclave. When it came for a test drive, they simply brought the car around and told us to go ahead, hop in, and drive and see how we liked it. When it came to talking money, the deals were laid out and explained and there was absolutely no pressure to sign that day. In fact, we were unsure and we had intended on also test driving other vehicles, but we returned about a month and a half later where we looked at a few more options because the Enclave we drove we sold. They were happy to accommodate. That day they gave us a nice trade-in price for our vehicle and we happily signed and picked up the car the next day. We worked with Cathy and would definitely recommend going to Perrine and asking for Cathy. More

She was quick to respond and impressed me enough to drive over an hour to go to their dealership. Steve S. was my salesman and he was exceptional, very knowledgeable and I really felt like he was working for me and not just giving me a sales pitch. The sales manger Pablo was awesome. He did everything in his power to make the deal work and made sure I got what I wanted and was happy. Todd in finance, was very pleasant and made all the paperwork seamless. Within a few hours of walking in the dealership, I drove off in my new Acadia! Super easy process, friendly people and no pressure. You can tell that customer satisfaction is their number one priority and that's why they have been in business for almost a century. More
