Steve S. was my salesman and he was exceptional, very knowledgeable and I really felt like he was working for me and not just giving me a sales pitch. The sales manger Pablo was awesome. He did everything in his power to make the deal work and made sure I got what I wanted and was happy. Todd in finance, was very pleasant and made all the paperwork seamless. Within a few hours of walking in the dealership, I drove off in my new Acadia! Super easy process, friendly people and no pressure. great dealership to work with I was in the market for a used Cadillac Escalade I found it on Perrine's site, called and made an appointment to come to the store and see it. When I got there the truck was up front and it looked great. First I sat with my sales person Cathy she took some basic information then we went out for a test drive together. loved the escalade so after the test drive we went back in and my trade in was appraised. We worked out the numbers. Got a great price for my trade in. They sold me the Escalade at a fair price. I financed it and purchased a warranty. they gave me a great rate that even my credit union couldn't beat. The whole experience was pleasant and I didn't feel like I was pressured. However, we are loyal to GMC and needed a truck quickly as my husbands was recently totaled. I called and spoke to Rose on the phone. I told her exactly what we wanted and had questions on one I saw on the internet. She answered all my questions, I told her we were serious and ready to buy now if this truck had everything my husband needed. I also asked her to put all rebates together and provide me with the best price. She not only answered all of my questions, she emailed me the info I requested, faxed information on the truck to my husband. All this was done quickly. She even sent additional information that helped us that I did not ask for. Her work attitude, friendliness and quick response to everything was amazing. She made us want to do business with this dealership. We went to see the truck that same evening, purchased it and drove home with it. Drove 2 hours to look at a used Ford Explorer. Biggest waste of time ever. They were expecting me so once I got there I took the car out for a test drive. When I got back, Cathy only asked how was it? She waste of time ever. They were expecting me so once I got there I took the car out for a test drive. When I got back, Cathy only asked how was it? She didn't ask any further questions and never have any info on the car so she was basically expecting me to buy this car solely based on what I saw on their internet listing. She immediately followed with "okay once this couple is done signing, we'll have you sign." When me and my boyfriend advised that we wanted to talk price she rudely said "ok I will see what you have in mind but I'm not gonna sit here and go back and forth with you, I've been doing this for 15 years." We told her the price we had in mind and she pretty much threw her head back and laughed at us and said no way. We said okay and she said okay and walked away. We then went home very disappointed. She said she had dropped the price $600 for me already which was a lie. The night before I went to look at the car, they dropped the price by $200 which she wasn't even aware of until I told her. Then she took $300 off as per the coupon on their website. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I have since bought a car elsewhere and couldn't be happier with my decision. More
