The pricing was not the best I scene do your research and homework and do yourself a favor don't give this guy a dime of your money. He acts like he cares but don't be mislead or mistaken he is just another pushy car salesman. Now he just owns the place....I should have listened to guy a know who bought a SAAB 9-5 from them and was so unhappy. He said you would think if you bought a $50,000 car the service manager and the owner would treat you like a valued customer.buyer beware. More
Drove 2 hours to look at a used Ford Explorer. Biggest waste of time ever. They were expecting me so once I got there I took the car out for a test drive. She didn't ask any further questions and never have any info on the car so she was basically expecting me to buy this car solely based on what I saw on their internet listing. She immediately followed with "okay once this couple is done signing, we'll have you sign." When me and my boyfriend advised that we wanted to talk price she rudely said "ok I will see what you have in mind but I'm not gonna sit here and go back and forth with you, I've been doing this for 15 years." We told her the price we had in mind and she pretty much threw her head back and laughed at us and said no way. We said okay and she said okay and walked away. We then went home very disappointed. She said she had dropped the price $600 for me already which was a lie. The night before I went to look at the car, they dropped the price by $200 which she wasn't even aware of until I told her. Then she took $300 off as per the coupon on their website. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I have since bought a car elsewhere and couldn't be happier with my decision. More
The best part about this dealership is the service department. Although there are fewer service reps at the desks now. Service is friendly and the mechanics do fine work and know their brand. I never feel like I am being swindled by them suggesting unnecessary work unlike some oil change businesses I have been to. The standard oil changes are good because they really do go through the checklist of items. I can see them through the windows really inspecting the vehicle. They are accommodating with scheduling and even brought the truck to me since we are nearby. Sales was just okay, stereotypical sales. The owners seem aloof but I guess that comes from being part of the Cranbury community for so long. Perhaps taking the local customer base for granted? People do shop around now. I think if you want to revive your dealership you need to beat everyone's best price. The body shop does fantastic repairs and the Farrel (sp.) family that greets you at the body shop and let's you know your vehicles progress is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They said my truck would look just like new after someone hit it and they were right. A great repair. I thought the body shop fixed only the cars Perrine sold but they repair all makes. More
I was going to buy a used Sierra 2500 from them for XXX amount of dollars. So, I went on there website and found a $250 coupon for any new or used car you buy but, Tom Donohue the sale manger and Brian E. amount of dollars. Therefore they lost a $32,00 sale over $250. due to there false advertisement. More
They go the extra mile to help us older customers. They pick up and deliver your car and even bring it back washed! Bought a used car from this dealer. They added a number of additional charges between $250.00 to $300.00 dollars. When I asked for an explanation, they lied at first and stated it was a government mandate of additional charges between $250.00 to $300.00 dollars. I told them I will check with the government and show the government my fees and ask for an explanation. Then they changed there story and came up with another explanation. Be aware that they are thieves. If you deal with them you will be exploited. More

I just bought a used Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealer. Josy is the nicest, most helpful dealer that I have ever met. Not only is she not pushy and friendly, but she helped us a great deal.
