WILL NEVER RETURN! My husband and I visited this dealership amount a month ago in hopes of leasing a 2015 Acadia Denali. We should have known as soon as we walked in to run out! First, we walk into the dealership and are not greeted by anyone (yet, there were no customers in the dealership). We finally introduce ourselves to a sales consultant, Paul Kirchmyer, who looked at us as if we were from another planet. As we sit down, my husband and I explain that the vehicle is for me and that we were interested in leasing the vehicle. Even though we explained the vehicle was for me, Paul never once addressed me (narcissist you say!) once! He only addressed my husband and when I would answer a question, he still would not address me. Then, he asked my husband for his license to write down some basic information. When my husband reached out his hand to take his license back, Paul placed the card on the table and slid it to my husband. How disrespectful is that?! Anyway, we discussed the vehicles available and informed him of the vehicle we wanted to see. While he went to get the vehicle, several sales consultants were staring at us and giving us the dark eye while we were sitting down waiting for Paul to return. We have leased many vehicles in the past 15 years and have never been treated like this ever before. My husband and I walked out of the dealer while Paul was getting the vehicle. I later called and spoke to the sales manager, Tom, who was very nonchalant about the whole situation. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere! More

Next was to find a dealer that was willing to work with me in terms of taking my trade, and mileage needed on a lease. I contacted Perrine GMC, and was greeted by friendly, knowledgable sales associates who did not give me the "standard sales pitch" and rush into getting me into a new vehicle. We were able to conduct most of the negotiations via phone calls and email, making this one of the easiest experiences my family has had in terms of obtaining a new vehicle. More
Outstanding Dealership and Service Department Quality dealership that prides itself on great customer service!!! That's why we went back to lease our 2nd SUV from them. Had a few issues with the one I currently have now, but Fred Perrine and the Service Dept made sure it was taken care of. The Service Dept manager went above and beyond with his assistance. The dealership is not exactly around the corner for me but the service dept makes it well worth the trip. Brian S. was our salesman and was extremely easy to deal with. More
Purchase of 2015 Yukon Denali Thanks to the outstanding help provided by Rose I was able to arrange a new vehicle purchase from 200 miles away, including a deal on my trade in. Her help and knowledge allowed me to drive to the dealership and complete the purchase without having to drag the wife and kids. I can't thank Rose enough for her help and assistance. Once at the dealership I was quickly helped into my new vehicle by Bob Kapla, who had already set up the vehicle for delivery and a quick getaway. Bob was friendly, knowledgeable and had everything setup and ready to go. Bob was even happy to forward the kids music cd I had left in my trade, saving me weeks of grief.... This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had and despite the distance I will look for them again. I don't think it could have been handled any better. More
Customer Service goes a long way I had visited another dealer where I felt like I had walked into a "used" car dealership where as a woman I had no value and no say so. Amazing Experience I was not in the market for a new car. That was until a drunk driver drove across my lawn and destroyed my car, which was in the driveway. I was hoping for a hassle-free environment when buying the car, and I got more than that. I left the dealership in a new car at an incredible price. Brian Schmittinger was knew everything about the Encore, and based on my specifications was able to get me the perfect vehicle to meet my needs. On the finance side- Todd Nebbia was also a pleasure to work with, as he kept the mood light while going over financing. It was my first time at Perrine and they still seem to have that small-town dealership feeling they developed in Jamesburg, even though they are in a bigger spot on Route 130. It was great to not have to feel any pressure, and to have the dealership work with you to get you in a car. This was truly an exceptional experience considering I was an easy mark without a car. More

As usual they came through for me and at a price better than dealers who sold the brand new. I can't say enough. They are not geographically close to me, but are always worth the trip. More

This is true particularly for Brian, the salesperson who handled my account, as he was nothing short of polite and professional during the entire process. He made sure he understood what I was looking for, explained everything clearly, and answered any questions I had. His friendly demeanor created the kind of comfortable and relaxed atmosphere that is always desirable when buying a new car. Also, Todd, the financial manager who handled my purchase, was very respectful and courteous while getting all the final paperwork in order.
