There The entire experience was the best I ever had at a car dealership. Jack was very patient and worked everything out for us, to fit our finances. There was no pressure to do anything we did not want to do. Everyone in the dealership was friendly. Several came over and introduced themselves, just to say hello and welcome, while we were waiting for whatever it was, to be processed.. A totally great experience, from the beginning to the end. 20 Years and counting "We absolutely love going car shopping" - not something that most people would ever say, but at Perrine Buick GMC, it's exactly how we feel every time "We absolutely love going car shopping" - not something that most people would ever say, but at Perrine Buick GMC, it's exactly how we feel every time! We've been doing business with Perrine since 1998 (this review marks our 6th purchase/lease) and just this week picked up the 2018 Buick Enclave. I can honestly say that we are very happy with it - it was a switch from our previous three GMC Acadia models and meets our needs in every way. Brian Schmittinger has been our sales representative on the last 4 cars and will continue to be our go to salesman for all future purchases. We couldn't imagine shopping anywhere but Perrine. More

Bad bad bad, just like the rest!! I purchased a Hummer H3 from them with under 40k on the odometer. Vehicle looked to be in very good condition and had a clean car fax and two previous I purchased a Hummer H3 from them with under 40k on the odometer. Vehicle looked to be in very good condition and had a clean car fax and two previous owners. I traded in an immaculate 2013 four door wrangler that only had a little over 20k on it. The price they were asking seemed fair - not great but fair enough that I was not going to play the back and fourth game and wrap up the deal as fast as possible, I also purchased the extended power train plus warranty for over $2,000.00 more to make sure it would be taken care of for years to come. The sales and financing staff were great to work with, there was no playing around and they go me out the door with my new vehicle in a matter of a few hours. When I took the car for the test drive the first thing I noticed was the tire pressure monitor light on the dash was on and I showed the sales person as we were driving and told him that this needed to be looked at in which he agreed. We wrapped up the paperwork and they had me empty out my old vehicle and put my belongings into the H3 and told me I was all set to go. That night I went to go out after dark and put on my high beams and everything went dark, no lights at all. The low beams worked and the fog lights worked but no high beams. The very next day the tire pressure light came on again and stayed on. I checked all the tires to make sure the pressure was ok and it was perfect. I also notice the vehicle had a vibration that sounded like it was coming from the firewall area or under the vehicle but I could not pin point it. I called and spoke to my sales person and he had me talk to the service department. I made an appointment and brought the car back to them during the week and left it there for two days. Keep in mind that I live almost an hour away from the dealership and had to not only take time off of work but also spend gas money to drive back down there, gas money for the loaner and more time and money to go back to pick it up. I was told that the tire pressure monitor problem was fixed, and that they could not duplicated the vibration coming from underneath so they could not fix it. I was also told that both high beam bulbs were blown so they had to replace them. I went to leave and as soon as I started the vehicle and put it into drive I heard and felt the vibration. It was late and I just wanted to head home and figured I would just keep an eye on it and see if it got any worse before I asked them to look at it again. I drove off the lot that night and got 9 miles from the dealership and the tire pressure monitor light came back on again. I emailed service the next day to let them know and all I was told was I will have to make another appointment, that had to be during the week for them to look at this again "incase they had to contact a GM service tech", which I still can't understand why because they are a GMC dealer and used to be a Hummer dealer and should have the right trained personnel already in place there to take care of this. I told them that I would not be able to bring it back down to them until after the first of the year because of the holidays and traveling for work and they said no problem just let them know. As the next week went by the tire monitor light kept coming on and off everyday and there are two separate lights by the gauges so it is really annoying. The vibration noise was getting worse by the day and now was vibrating the floor pedals and steering wheel along with making the loud noise. Not only that but driving down the highway there was a loud flapping type noise coming from the drivers side roof up by the windshield, that I later discovered was a cracked roof rail that is a common problem with these and was originally taken care of through a service bulletin from GM by the dealerships. I emailed the service department again to give them an FYI on the still occurring tire monitor light and the vibration and to now tell them about the roof rail. I was again told that I will have to bring it back down and was also told that GM will no longer honor replacing the defective rail and was told to just put some double sided tape on it. Two days before Christmas while driving to and from work I started getting a grinding popping noise coming from the passengers side front end and when it made the noise the vehicle would pull and drive awful until the noise stopped. Christmas eve morning I jack the truck up and wiggle the front passengers tire and sure enough the hub bearing was gone and the tire was just flopping back and fourth. I got right on the phone with the service department and told them what was now going on and I was told to bring it down to them and they would look at it in a couple of days. When I told him I was not going to drive it an hour down the highway with a bad hub bearing he told me that I will have to have it towed, which I could not afford on Christmas eve. He told me that maybe the extended warranty I bought may pay for the towing or maybe the warranty would pay for a local garage to fix it. Needless to say it was Christmas eve, and the plans that my family had for the holidays were now shot and I was not a happy camper and was letting the service guy know this - to which he instantly copped a huge attitude. He then told me that he does not have a crystal ball and cannot see into the future be able to tell when parts on a vehicle are going to go. Of course the warranty company was closed for the holidays, so I had to take bill money and spend two day looking for a store that had the part and I had to do all the work of replacing it in my garage. They did agree to reimburse me for the part but only after I brought the old failed hub bearing assembly down to them - so another hour trip back down there to bring them the part and then I had to wait almost five days for them to mail me a check. While I was there to bring in the old part the service guy checked the tire sensors and reset the dash lights and said ok the light is off you are good to go, I pulled out of the parking lot and as soon as my tires hit the road the monitor lights came back on. Keep in mind that all of this took place in less than a two week period after I purchased the vehicle. I called a week ago and told them that I could bring it in last Saturday and I would leave it with them for the whole week if need be as long as the tire monitor issue and the vibration issue were fixed before they gave it back to me. The service guy promptly told me that they had no loner cars and there were four other people ahead of me waiting for a loaner car and that he would let me know when one was available so I could get my truck down to them (that was a week ago now and still no word from him, so more and more games!!". My biggest gripe with this whole thing is that - in my opinion with what has been wrong with this vehicle from the moment I drove it off the lot is that it was never even inspected by the service department when I purchased it. If it were indeed thoroughly gone through then it would have never left the dealership with no high beams at all and the tire pressure monitor light going off like a Christmas tree. For these reasons and the lack of caring about the customers spending their hard earned money on a vehicle, I cannot give a good review on this dealership. If they stop jerking me around and get my truck fixed and fixed right I will revamp this review but not until they make this right! UPDATE: Well it is now the 19th of Feb. and still no call back from this dealership, just as I figured!! Consumers, do yourself a BIG favor and steer clear of this place!! I have now had to purchase both front wheel bearing hub assembly's at over $400 a piece, my tire pressure monitor lights are still on even after I have retrained them once AGAIN, plus now my low tire pressure light is flashing even after I have put more air than required. The vibration is now shaking the whole inside vehicle and now the idle seems to be so low that it acts like it wants to stall sometimes when I am coming to a stop. RUN PEOPLE!! RUN RUN RUN!!!!!! More
