We dropped our Enclave off for its 30000 mile service, it was done in a timely manner. When driving home we noticed the alignment was off. As a first time customer of performance and a long time customer of GMC, I will not visit any other dealership for service. Dwight did a great job from input to output- my wife was surprised when I ret customer of GMC, I will not visit any other dealership for service. I was helped on a Saturday morning, by Anderson Sanchez, after the Receptionist connected me to service. The night before, my check engine light came on upon leaving Morristown Airport at 6pm. Being I was c after the Receptionist connected me to service. The night before, my check engine light came on upon leaving Morristown Airport at 6pm. Being I was close to the dealership, and the car temperature was stable, I called the dealership (sales receptionist) for help, and to see if anyone was there to at least get a code on the problem. The receptionist told me no one was there to help, so I drove home worried if I’d even get back to Jersey City, and then how would I get to work in the morning . On Saturday morning, after speaking with Anderson, my immediate challenges were solved. In between my two jobs, I got the car flat bedded to the dealership that afternoon, and left with a loaner. Thanks to Anderson. I felt relieved that I could work and know my car was in good hands. The mechanics, Anderson, and the receptionist, when I picked the car up the following Tuesday, were excellent. I especially want to thank Anderson, someone I met for the first time there, who went above and beyond, and paid attention to detail in making everything happen smoothly for me. He kept me informed throughout those few days. Everyone I have met there over time, has always been courteous, friendly and helpful. More
