Previously Owned Car Buying We had noticed that Performance Buick had a Audi Q7 listed as a used SUV. We called ahead late on Friday evening, advising the dealer that we were in We had noticed that Performance Buick had a Audi Q7 listed as a used SUV. We called ahead late on Friday evening, advising the dealer that we were interested in this SUV, and that we would be visiting in approx 30 min. We arrived and were pleased to find the car pulled to the front of the Dealership , heated, and ready for a Test Drive. Brandon Hewitt met us at the door, introduced himself, and immediately made himself available to show us the vehicle. After completion of the Test Drive, Brandon offered that we Retain the Car for the evening for further test driving and assurance that the car would fit our garage. Through out, Brandon was pleasant, informative and helpful. We returned on late Saturday to discuss the car further. As promised, the dealership had prepared a price quote and trade in value for our existing car. The price quote was straight Black Book, but we were able to negotiate an acceptable deal, which reflected market. We also had a few minor follow up items which needed to be addressed. Brandon had everything prepared and ready when we arrived. Overall , a very nice buying experience. More

Excellent service! Everyone was SUPER helpful and informative, and we thoroughly enjoyed our buying experience! We never felt pressured to do anything we weren't comfort Everyone was SUPER helpful and informative, and we thoroughly enjoyed our buying experience! We never felt pressured to do anything we weren't comfortable with and our sales associate, Maggie Hill was the sweetest! We could have sat there for hours chatting with her. The whole team went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and exactly what we wanted. We also got a fantastic deal on the car. We would recommend them to anyone in the Hampton roads area in a heart beat! More

Thank God For Ashley! Searching for a car was becoming a nightmare until I recieved an email from Ashley. I submitted a survey for a new car and Ashley promptly replied and Searching for a car was becoming a nightmare until I recieved an email from Ashley. I submitted a survey for a new car and Ashley promptly replied and left me a voicemail. When I finally returned the call and contacted Ashey, she was already home and spending time with her family. However, instead of asking me to call her back the next morning, Ashley took the time to soeak with me and make sure I understood that I was in good hands. Just days before I spoke to Ashley, I was very close to giving up on purchasing a car. Ashley immediately changed my experience from a nightmare to a dream. I was so happy and eventually purchase my new car. It was a tremendous experience and I look forward to doing buiness with Ashley in the future. More
