THE WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! THEY WILL LIE! I bought a 2009 Honda for my son on 1/21/2014 and it has broken down over 10 times, they sold me a warranty that doesn't cover the maintenance it need I bought a 2009 Honda for my son on 1/21/2014 and it has broken down over 10 times, they sold me a warranty that doesn't cover the maintenance it needs, so they gave my son fuses and said "If it breaks down replace the fuse?" It it is a major safety issue and the car just dies in traffic on highway. They are not easy to deal with and will lie to keep blowing you off. I am seeking legal action now! I have no other choice! On top of that the sales person Stan Krasucki Jr lied and said, that the vehicle was owned by older people so it was well taken care of. I found out later that it was owned by someone in the construction business and that is why i had to have the wind shield replaced a week after i got it because it rained about a week after we got it and even with the whippers you couldn't see out the window because there was a million little chips out of the windshield that were not noticeable till it rained. Their customer service sucks we didn't even know what was happening when it was happening they never went over the contract just called us in and said this i your contract sigh at the bottom and i was like wow we haven't even gone over any terms and then two weeks later they call my husband to tell him that they have to redo the contract because they messed up on it. If you are looking at the reviews, please beware, my family has been swindled and swindled good. I don't know what we are going to do. More
Bought a car on 110913, had issues with it within the 2 days and 20 miles from date of purchase. First call to Service department was great. They asked me to bring it in for them to look at, it was hesitating. They sent me to Nissan dealership, which was great. Nissan stated car needed a passanger motor mount and a drive belt, Stan Krasucki Jr, of Performance Buick said they were not liable for the fix. After a terse email to Sales Manager, Service manager and General Manager, I was told to bring the car in for their diagnosis of issue. I received a call from Stan Krasucki Jr again today stating the motor mount was weakened and the drive belt was cracked but didnt have chunks missing so these are necessary repairs, I am not mechanical at all but this is not right and not the way to have repeat business or word of mouth business. I filed a complaint with BBB and I am waiting for their outcome. Performance Buick does not offer good customer service and I am highly disappointed in their practices. More
My husband and I went to the dealership to look at a used 08 Chrysler Town & Country. We were going to trade in his civic for the van. We were told by the sales person and manager that since there was a 3600 08 Chrysler Town & Country. We were going to trade in his civic for the van. We were told by the sales person and manager that since there was a 3600 left on the civic they would pay the rest and NOT roll any over in the new vehicle. We were also pressured into having to get ALL warranty items, instead of just gap. Life Insurance Policy, Extended Warranty and Gap were "only sold together". So we thought, okay then, i guess we have to. Come to find out later, we didn't get an extended warranty, just a plain power train warranty, which covers NOTHING. We go back to the dealership after also finding out that we can cancel the warranty and the life insurance policy. we cancelled with the finance person on 5/30, but he wasn't "certified" to refund/cancel the life insurance one, so we would have to come back at a later date. We filled out all the cancellation information and were told that a check would be sent to our bank for the remainder of the warranty which is about $1300. (Original power train warranty was $2000). Today we find out through heavy research that they did only pay 800 of my husbands car and rolled over the rest into the new vehicle. We are NOT sure how the vehicle was even financed, since most banks only do 125% of the vehicle, which clearly $26,500 for an 08 van was WAY too much. also, the check was never mailed for the warranty to be cancelled either. the "office manager" only does them 1 time at the end of the month, but to her apparently may 30, isn't the end. the GM is never there. the office manager check lady also doesn't tell anyone in finance she only does this once a month, so we were never told till we called today. (6/14). The mental state of these people is absurd. I have never in my life seen such stupid, conniving, two faced, and idiotic people and completely incapable of carrying on an actual business like manner. We have already filed a report with the better business bureau as well. We feel completely lied to and treated absurdly. i will NEVER recommend anyone to this place. EVER. More
Purchased bmw 3 weeks ago. Sunroof failed to work so they told me to take to bmw dealer bcuz the factory warranty still existed. No manual came with car. No extra key came with car. The salesman was perfect and tried to get the general manager to purchase another key..$210. The general mgr i must say was an a*# hole. To help keep his customer happy he refused to pay for another key. He was not sympathetic to me at all. I am here at the bmw dealership and they tell me the track is bent and the cost will be over $3000. I have a fidelity warrany but i still will have to come out my pocket to get fixed. Perf Buick said the vehicle was certified yeah right. The way the general manager talked with me is something i am not accustom to. He even tried to get the salesman to talk to me instead of dealing with the problem himself. I cant understand why a dealership like perf buick does not get the bigger picture. Coming from Land Rover, they went the extra mile even when they didnt have to. Here @Perf buick it appears they dont give a xxxx if they retain their customer for more sales or even just keep the customer happy. I will never recomend thiw dealership to anyone. I almost sent my sister there to purchase 2 vehicles. Thank God she is going elsewhere. I put a call in to the great salesman that sold me the car to let him know i am now coming out of pocket to fix this vehicle. I know he may not be able to do anything but at lease he tried. The General Manager ot Performance Buick is an a%*hole and very unprofessional. He doesnt give a xxxx about you. Only that he sold a vehicle. The Service department here at Casey BMW is what i am use to professional courteous service. They are trying to fix the mess Performance Buick has done to me. I hate Performance Buick! More
