Poor communication from advisor. I had asked Michael Quinton for pricing on aftermarket parts and was told they are not as viable as OEM so he didn’t recommend. Once the sale was completed I couldn’t get anyone to answer questions, provide proof of certified used car, certified warranty and manufacturer warranty remaining. Also charged for LoJack, Zaktek, and answer questions, provide proof of certified used car, certified warranty and manufacturer warranty remaining. Also charged for LoJack, Zaktek, and unknown service contract. Still no one will provide explanation. I think I’ve spoken with a minimum of 6 managers. More

We have purchased and taken our vehicles to this dealership since moving to this area in 2000. They have an excellent service area and everyone is polite and knowledgeable and respectful even of us dealership since moving to this area in 2000. People change over the years but new men coming in are always the same caliber and equally well trained. And I am so pleased to even get Ford Pass points each visit for discounts off future services. Kudos to Jonathan Hanson who worked closely with me when I needed a new battery and my F150 truck had been delivered by a flatbed overnight and the AAA driver had made an error while putting my Paperwork in the dropbox. Service department took my car Monday and said it wouldn’t be looked at until at least Friday. It’s my only car and was a major inconvenience getting back and forth to work. I could have brought it wouldn’t be looked at until at least Friday. It’s my only car and was a major inconvenience getting back and forth to work. I could have brought it back when they were ready for it. Service person Spenser was very rude. Would not recommend this dealership even though it is 5 minutes from my house. Very poor customer service. More
