The service writer, Stephanie was very helpful and the service is always great. My Yukon was ready in a timely manner. The only thing they need is a shuttle van to drop customers who aren’t waiting. I had an appointment at 8:00am for an oil change. The advisor told me if I wanted to do service for my transmission, I told him no not today after I mention no he was so mad with attitude said I’m go The advisor told me if I wanted to do service for my transmission, I told him no not today after I mention no he was so mad with attitude said I’m going to write down you denied service. How can advisors be mad with attitude make you pay for something that you’re not ready to pay. After waiting more than 2 hrs for a oil change I noticed other vehicles were getting service and not my vehicle, I ask the mechanic when will my vehicle would be next, he mentioned to be that the advisor never gave him my vehicle ticket for service. What a bummer by the way the advisor name Donald Moreno I would give this guy a 0 star bad service. More

Unanswered telephone calls and messages is no way to treat customers. Trying not to honor a certified vehicles warrantee was the icing on the cake. Your company's business practices need serious reform. I strongly recommend you go back to your roots and figure out how you got to the position you are in today. The service I was provided is a disgrace to the Penske brand and certainly not representative of the Buick/GMC brand. More

Albert the service advisor had great customer service. He had great communication skills and was always available when I had a question about my car. The problem is that I was told the part needed for my He had great communication skills and was always available when I had a question about my car. The problem is that I was told the part needed for my vehicle would take about 4 months to receive so I ended up having to pay over $300 more to have the part repaired rather than replaced. I spent a lot of money getting my car fixed and I was surprised to see when I picked up my car that after all the time it spent at the dealership and all the money I spent there wasn’t even a complimentary car wash thrown in. More
