How can advisors be mad with attitude make you pay for something that you’re not ready to pay. After waiting more than 2 hrs for a oil change I noticed other vehicles were getting service and not my vehicle, I ask the mechanic when will my vehicle would be next, he mentioned to be that the advisor never gave him my vehicle ticket for service. What a bummer by the way the advisor name Donald Moreno I would give this guy a 0 star bad service. More

Albert the service advisor had great customer service. He had great communication skills and was always available when I had a question about my car. The problem is that I was told the part needed for my vehicle would take about 4 months to receive so I ended up having to pay over $300 more to have the part repaired rather than replaced. I spent a lot of money getting my car fixed and I was surprised to see when I picked up my car that after all the time it spent at the dealership and all the money I spent there wasn’t even a complimentary car wash thrown in. More
