There was a mixup with my appointment that I got wrong, but Kevin Oakley offered to check the code for my issue before leaving. The issue with the Hybrid electrical system was detected and fixed eventually. The other advisor I talked to the previous week when setting up the appointment wouldn’t give me an answer if the car was safe to drive when I asked, didn’t offer to check the codes to at least let me know if I should be driving it, and didn’t have a problem letting me go not knowing if it was safe. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and I began to consider selling the Jeep, and purchasing another make and model from another dealer. Kevin changed my mind about keeping the vehicle because of his customer service and concerns for the consumer. Certain people in your staff need to look towards Kevin to see the type of customer service that’s needed to maintain brand loyalty. I appreciate everything Kevin did for me! More
