I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with Pedder Jeep in Poway. From start to finish, the customer service was disappointing and unprofessional. I made warn others about my experience with Pedder Jeep in Poway. From start to finish, the customer service was disappointing and unprofessional. I made it very clear that a scratch on the vehicle needed to be properly fixed before I would move forward with the purchase—it was a deal breaker for me. They assured me it would be taken care of, but the “repair” was done poorly and nowhere near the standard that was promised. It didn’t stop there. I was also told I would receive a second key fob. Not only did that never happen, but they had me drive 2 hours—twice—just to tell me they actually didn’t have it after all. That’s 4 hours of my time wasted because of misinformation and lack of accountability. To make matters worse, the first salesperson helping us was extremely unprofessional. He left in the middle of finalizing paperwork, claiming he needed to help a stranded customer, but another employee told us he was actually leaving to meet his girlfriend. That level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially during such an important transaction. Overall, this dealership showed a pattern of poor communication, broken promises, and disregard for the customer’s time. I strongly recommend thinking twice before doing business here. More

It was easy to make an appt and to change it to a different date/time. The drop off was fine too. I never got a call saying if/when it would be ready so I called at 4:30pm because they close at 5. Th different date/time. The drop off was fine too. I never got a call saying if/when it would be ready so I called at 4:30pm because they close at 5. The guy said they were just finishing it up and would send it to be washed. I said I would be there after 5, so he said he would bring the keys to sales and they could handle it there. It was a recall fix so there was no charge. When I arrived, sales didn't have my keys or know anything about it. He did walk back to the closed service dept to get my keys. The paper floor mat was still in the car and it had not been washed at all. Very disappointing experience. you're forcing me to rate people below but I didn't work with them or don't know that I worked with them. Why are you making me do that in order to submit my response about service? They are sales, finance, and admin. More

this is my fifth car with the dealership and I don’t think I’ll buy another one here. I had a really amazing sales lady who was kind named Zara but at the end I felt swindled more than I ever have befor think I’ll buy another one here. I had a really amazing sales lady who was kind named Zara but at the end I felt swindled more than I ever have before as a woman and a single mom. There’s still something wrong with my tire, something with the valve stem that I am now going to have to go after the dealership for. I told them something was wrong, they said they checked it and now I have a bill. I was told all warranties were mandatory and were illegal if I did not get them. I understand a destination car dealership but that doesn’t mean $9000 worth of warranties need to be put on. I was told I can cancel them within 30 days on my own accord. When I went to cancel those warranty companies told me the dealership was not entirely truthful and that they were supposed to handle all of this from the start. I have pleaded to several employees at the dealership and now I am going to have to call the general manager. I am floored that I am paying 550 a month when it could’ve been much lower. When I told them my life situation in my budget they told me just to come back to refinance. I just feel completely taken advantage of and here I thought I was returning as a good customer. I’m glad that I was able to get a car quickly since mine died, but I feel like I’m just now in an entirely different situation that I’m having to fix it again. I get that you have to sell a car to make money as a salesman, but taking advantage of a single mom with two kids in a terrible situation is just appalling. More
