I go in and the service guy actually stopped me in conversation to say I'm not listening but now that I know I'm supposed to be listening could you repeat yourself?! Really? I felt rushed out, inconveniencing his day by my questions,and honestly mad. I researched Subaru before I purchased my first one from Koby in Mobile. This is my second Subaru. I'm not an idiot, I know about my car. I will more than likely not return for service because of the lack of professionalism and moral fiber of these 2 clerks. More
