We took a 2012 Pilot for a test drive and I knew it was the car for me. Willie made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and presented a great offer I couldn't refuse. His non-pushy sales approach of honesty and integrity was greatly appreciated. To put a cherry on top, Kathleen in finance was outstanding. She is a very welcoming, knowledgable, and caring professional...and she got me a considerably better rate than my bank offered! She even called me the next morning to make sure I made it home to New Orleans safely through the rain/ice storm. I am also very satisfied with the trade-in value they gave me for my 2007 Civic.
