I had the first service of my leased car. They checked an issue I asked, too. They have a smaller, quiet waiting room separate from a regular waiting room with WiFi. Overall a good experience. More
I think this is a "new" kind of dealership, everyone was so kind and courteous! My tire was under warranty from Toyota. I had a blow out and had to purchase a new tire. I brought the tire here and asked Chris to file an out of network claim for the tire. No return calls to even say they were unsuccessful. Called the mgr and was left on hold for over 10 minutes. Frustration beyond. More

FRAUD ALERT! ! I bought a 2018 model Toyota Camry from Paul Miller Toyota West Caldwel Certified dealer in 2021 and they told me that the car is accident-free. The ! I bought a 2018 model Toyota Camry from Paul Miller Toyota West Caldwel Certified dealer in 2021 and they told me that the car is accident-free. They showed me several documents(which I have copies and you can see them attached) that show the car hasn’t been in an accident before. So I bought this car at its safe value with a high dealer fee. In December 2022, an intoxicated driver hit my car while it was in our parking lot. While I was mailing the other side’s insurance company, they told me that this car had been in an accident before this incident. I didn’t believe them and of course, refused theilr claim. But they sent me a document that shows my car had a serious accident in 2019. And they told me it cost $6000 to them so it was a big accident. So, I went to Paul Miller Toyota in West Caldwell to ask about this unfortunate situation and to ask what can they do about that. I spoke to Jaime Berrios who is the general manager of Paul Miller Toyota. His attitude was against this situation nothing but reckless. He hasn’t even apologized for this inconvenient situation once. He told me that the car had been in an inspection which includes interior and exterior checks but they couldn’t detect anything wrong so there is nothing to do about it and I should accept this situation as it is and move on. I paid extra thousands of dollars just because I believed this car hasn’t been in an accident before and this dealer is a trustworthy dealer. However, this dealer is incapable of standing behind even their mistakes. Also, this dealer has a disrespectfully indifferent general manager. After this unpleasant experience, I’ve tried to reach out to Toyota USA. They got back to me but they said that they are manufacturers and selling problems are not their business. I have lots of friends who all are using Toyota(I can share their Vin numbers) but now they are planning to sell their cars and not use Toyota again. THIS IS NOT JUST AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER REVIEW! THIS IS FRAUD! AND THEY ARE MAKING THIS UNDER YOUR BRAND’S NAME. PLEASE HELP ME! More
