Paul Miller was the only one that knew what needed to be done and quoted me a price upfront that was a little steep, but there was a lot of labour involved, so it wasn't excessive. Unfortunately, they found a fault with the steering column lock as well, so the total price was well over what I anticipated, but not really their fault. They went above and beyond to keep me informed, and afterwards to try and get Porsche to pay for (part of) the repair. No luck there but they also gave me all I needed to try again myself. All in all a very god experience. More

He is courteous, responsive, offers service with a smile, and is attentive to my needs as the customer. I would absolutely recommend Paul Miller Porsche for service needs, and I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron personally. The reason that I marked the score for "price" as a 3, is because Porsche dealer service is undeniably expensive. However, Aaron graciously applied a $100 credit to my bill on account of a coupon that the dealership had mailed to customers, even though I hadn't brought the coupon with me (and indeed, I didn't even know about the coupon).
