I visited two other Porsche dealerships and I was not only getting low-balled on my trade but they also wanted to sell me at full retail. Paul Miller clearly wanted my business and did their best to make this a pleasant experience for me. In addition, I didn't get the hard sell on all the extras and the price at the end was exactly what we negotiated. Overall I would say this was the best new car sales experience i have ever had and I really appreciated that. More
8/21 Service Visit Aaron Behr is an outstanding service representative. I had a significant problem leading to a warning light "engine power reduced" indicating that my Aaron Behr is an outstanding service representative. I had a significant problem leading to a warning light "engine power reduced" indicating that my car would run at partial power only. I called Aaron who agreed to take me right away. I had done some internet research and suspected I had a fuel pump problem. Aaron confirmed that my 2009 C4S had a service advisory for fuel pump issues. The next day, he confirmed that was the problem and offered to pick up the cost of the repair if I would pay the $100 delivery charge for the part. I, of course, agreed. I had to travel several days last week on business and Aaron arranged for my car to be delivered to my home and the loaner car picked up. Aaron made a stressful experience as painless as possible. I have worked with Aaron many times in the past. (This is my 5th Porsche.) He is always pleasant and knowledgeable. I will buy another 911 from Paul Miller, probably next year, and Aaron is the reason why. More

We went in for our annual checkup and remove the snow tires and put the new tires on. Everything went very smoothly. Salena in service kept us informed, via phonecalls, of the time frame that the car would be ready. It was completed as the day and time promised. The sales staff as well as service personnel staff are friendly, and very knowledgeable. Would and have recommended this dealership to friends. Can't wait to visit their new showroom/service department! More
