I happened to be greeted by Chris Scogno on my first call and Chris helped me through start to finish. Chris was my single point of contact and Chris was very patient in answering all my questions and sending all requested information. He was very responsive and could understand my needs, budget and helped to negotiate with his manager and get me a good deal. Other than that, I was quite happy with my visits to the dealerships. Chris had the vehicle ready for test drive and gave me a very good overview of the vehicles options etc., Although I didn't go with the very first vehicle I saw, he offered to forward me other upcoming pre-owned listings and finally helped me to narrow down to one that suited my needs. Chris's manager Tom (pre-owned) was a nice person who kept the conversation short during negotiation and understood my needs and gave me a good deal that works for him and me. Anthony the business manager also kept the documentation work easy by preparing the finance options and all papers that need to be reviewed and signed.
