Never got to test drive any vehicles, never got into pricing a used vehicle. They grossly undervalued my trade in, and let me walk out with no resistance, all during Covid mind you, where nobody is buying much of anything. I was really interested in a used Cadillac so I figured I would give them another chance, so I went back the following Tuesday and spent time with the used car sales manager who I could tell, had no interest in doing business with me. At least I was able to test drive an XT5 and a CT6, and fell in love with the CT6 so the second trip was not totally in vain. The sales manager told me he would call me during the week to come back as he said he was getting more card that week, but never called. 5 days later I purchased a used CT6 somewhere else, where I received much better attention and service. Really shocking, the lack of Customer care at this dealership. Guess they have an invisible line of purchasers wrapped around the block somewhere, because they certainly did not want or need my business. More
Terrible dealer!! Don’t shop here. I bought a used 2015 Chrysler Town and country from them. Have had nothing but trouble from the start. When we purchased the van the passenger side head rest was broken. Chrysler Town and country from them. Have had nothing but trouble from the start. When we purchased the van the passenger side head rest was broken. This was a special active headrest that is supposed to pop open and protect the passenger in an accident. The dealer promised to replace with a new one. We waited a week for the new part to arrive and be installed. One week after we picked up the car the head rest again split open. This time it revealed what had been done. Instead of a replacement like was promised the dealer tried to epoxy the parts back together. Not only was this underhanded but also placed my family in jeopardy since the safety features of the headrest wouldn’t work after this. The van was then brought back to Paul Conte to replace the headrest for real. This took another 2 weeks. Now the check engine light has come on and requires 2 fuel injectors to be replaced. In diagnosing the problem the mechanic at my local Chrysler dealer discovered some additional problems. There is a transmission line leaking and a problem with the battery. These repairs total over $2000! Paul Conte Cadillac is refusing to help with the repairs and will take no responsibility for any of the problems. They only offered to look at the battery and let me know if it needs replacing. Over all I would say this dealership is dishonest and does not stand behind the cars that they sell. More
Terrible Service Department. I had a 10:30 AM appointment of which I arrived 10 minutes early. The service drive was empty, no greeter, I wasn't even greeted or assisted. There were 2 service writers that looked busy and oblivious at the same time. I waited around for about 30 minutues before I decided to leave. There were also several disgruntled customers in the waiting room, I felt so bad for those ladies. This experience turned me off from this dealership. I bought my XT5 from Paul Conte & was hoping for the same great experience I had in Sales but they made up my mind quick. I have Mercedes, BMW & Lexus. All of their service departments are top notch. I'm sure this will get a generic response from the dealer asking me to call them to review this matter but dont bother wating my time once again. More
Amazing!! I must admit that I don't usually bring my cars back to the dealer for state inspections... however this year I messed up I actually let my inspection I must admit that I don't usually bring my cars back to the dealer for state inspections... however this year I messed up I actually let my inspection expire... ugh... no excuse... So I figured since my car is now 3 years old, and my inspection is actually expired (no 10 grace for me) I decided to bring it back to the dealer, in my mind I figured whatever the car needs the dealer will have it (they have never let me down before) and I will be good to go without getting a ticket for expired inspection... Now let me just say that I have NEVER gotten an inspection at my local repair shop without "something" being an issue... wiper blades or a tail light bulb are pretty typical... Well today my 3 year old car not only passed inspection with NO issues, but they didn't even charge me for the inspection!!! WHAT!!! This is only the second time I have purchased a car from this dealer, and Mr. Conte inspected my car for free as a valued customer!! Amazing there are businesses out there that value their customers!! Thank you Terri for getting me in at the last minute and saving me a ticket! Thank you to the service team that always takes good care of my car!! And thank you Mr. Conte for making me feel like an important and valued customer!! I will be sure that I bring my baby home for all future inspections!! More

Service I was parking my vehicle at JFK, driving in from Connecticut when my tire went flat. I parked my car which has a 50 mile run flat tire (no spare). I contacted Cadillac roadside assistance and it was towed to Paul Conte. The tire was replaced during the week I was away. I contacted Cadillac roadside assistance to have my vehicle towed back to the parking lot at JFK. They informed me they would not do so and I would have to pay out of pocket or get a hotel room until morning. While in Los Angeles I spoke with Christine from Conte's who offered to contact Cadillac to have them cover the tow. She unfortunately got no where with roadside and went above and beyond and coordinated the tow for me and did it free of charge. Between the service staff and Christine they made this situation stress free. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Cadillac or need repairs. More
