I purchased my Cadillac XTS4 sedan new from Paul Conte Cadillac in 2013. When people realize that I'm driving a 13 year old car with 79,800 miles on the road, they can't get over the fact that it still l Cadillac in 2013. When people realize that I'm driving a 13 year old car with 79,800 miles on the road, they can't get over the fact that it still looks like a new car. That's because of the care and service it has received at Paul Conte. My service advisor, John Cusumano, is always ready to keep it that way. John and service dept. manager, Shai Nadav, keep me on top of monthly service dept. discounts, whenever I bring my Cadillac in for maintenance, usually 2x a year...the annual NYS inspection and, as needed, a Lube/oil & filter change with tire rotation, as well as the other fluid and filter needs that are regularly addressed. Of course, the final stop is with Christine R. (the Chief Cashier @ Conte) who is always helpful in checking my GM Rewards points to find any Cash Value that can be deducted from my bill. This past June Christine and John signed me up for GM REWARDS MASTERCARD PROMOTION, which netted me a $250. cashback and 9 months of interest-free payments. Whether it was purchasing my 2009 Cadillac xxx or my 2013 Cadillac XTS4, going to Paul Conte Cadillac Sales and Service has always been like being "part of the family." So, thank you John Cusumano, Shai Nadav, and Christine R. and all the Conte service workers who have ever worked on my cars. You have given me years and years of happy, care-free driving....and thank you Eddy for making sure my Cadillac was clean and shiny, every time I drove it off that Paul Conte lot. More
