She asked if I had a preference, I said yes, I want black cloth seats. She searched the inventory and found me a 2016, Focus in Blue Candy, which is the one I really wanted, based on my internet search. Needless to say I broke down on Friday, and was on my way home on Monday in my new car, after spending a few hours at the dealership. More
Never again Last year I had such a great experience when purchasing my car. It was easy, I never felt pressured and I got exactly what I wanted. Since then howeve Last year I had such a great experience when purchasing my car. It was easy, I never felt pressured and I got exactly what I wanted. Since then however, it's been one disaster after another. During one incident I went to have my oil changed and do their general inspection. I received all "greens" and seemed to have no issues, a week later my brakes were grinding. I took it back and they said an employee measured the roaters and not my brake pads so my roaters would now need replaced along with my brakes and of course that would be much more expensive. A few months ago I had a small wreck. I had my car towed to the dealer thinking it would be done and done right. They told me 8-12 days and had my car for over 20 days (which if done right would have been okay). There was a terrible lack of communication. I would call daily to maybe get a return call once a week and no one could ever tell me what was taking so long. I received a call my car was done and when I went to pick it up it was filthy! There was white spray paint all down the side of my red car and I was just handed the keys like it was no big deal! I got into my car and the center pieces of my hub caps were sitting in my cup holders and I had no idea why. I cried and luckily a salesman saw and at least washed the paint off. I immediately noticed a new noise coming from my tires and was reassured it was probably just "dust". I called to speak to customer service, I didn't even get to finish speaking before he cut me off and transferred me elsewhere. I felt like everyone was playing the blame game. Jeff from the body shop was so kind and took initiative to try and get me some help. However, After a few weeks, the noise never went a way and I returned to have it looked at. The hub kit they put on was bent and my car spent another two weeks in the shop. Shortly later I realized on one side of my car there is a pin stripe from front to back and on the other side there is nothing. Luckily insurance has allowed me to go elsewhere and not have to get the work completed at Cerame. I am not one to complain but after a series of terrible events, little communication and for the most part poor customer service I felt this needed to be shared. Although my buying experience was great, there is no way I would ever use this location again. After several chances and multiple issues the headache was not worth it, as I still have issues that need to be fixed elsewhere. I have been very disappointed. More

I was I traded in two exceptional vehicles and purchased a 2016 Explorer. It had 26K miles on it. I really believed the sales personnel would be fair. I was wrong. I paid a great deal of money for this vehicle - there was definitely no great deal on it. From the day I bought this vehicle, it has pulled, especially when braking. I attempted to speak with the sales person, but he is rarely there. He never once returned my phone calls. In fact, in order to get my second fob I actually had to deal with other personnel within the store. The car was filthy and they never detailed it - they only washed the outside. They were supposed to buff out a scratch (in their words "it will buff out"). That never happened. The sales person said they would put a pinstripe on. That never happened. Those are inconsequential, compared to the fact that I FIRMLY believe this vehicle was wrecked previously. When I asked repeatedly for the CARFAX, I was told "It's a certified Pre-Owned. That's the same thing." I brought the vehicle in to have these issues checked. They aligned it - take note, there were SEVERAL weights on one side. That is a dead give-away something isn't right. I actually tried to take this car back, but was advised that really doesn't happen in the real world. It's in the shop again, because I almost lost control of it while driving on the highway. It is unstable. I just asked for the CARFAX again and the service guy said "we can't even get those back here". Are you kidding me? I also just said to me "Well, I can't help you" to which I said "Have the service manager call me." I do not expect to hear from him, except maybe to get a hard time. I have been blown off by almost every person I've spoken to at that dealership. I no longer have two vehicles which I felt totally safe in and I now own a sub-standard vehicle which I have no faith in. If I could afford it, I would leave this vehicle at the dealership. I believe I will probably have a very serious accident in this car and I really do not feel safe heading in to the winter, having to drive this vehicle. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair deal. More

In June, I had to buy another vehicle and once again the customer service and kindness was outstanding. The transaction for my new Jeep was done quickly and without any problems. I would highly recommend Paul Cerame Ford, they treated me like family. More

Won't stand behind quotes and screws up ordered vehicle In November 2015 requested quote for new 2016 Ford Mustang. received quote December 2. Went to dealership to purchase December 29, their sales manager In November 2015 requested quote for new 2016 Ford Mustang. received quote December 2. Went to dealership to purchase December 29, their sales manager {Emile?} would not honor the quote and essentially threw the sales person under the bus for the quote that he would not honor. New quote several percentage higher {8.5%}. Against my better judgement we went through and created exactly what i wanted in their system. They ordered vehicle and somehow forgot to add options {Rear backup sensors}. Vehicle arrived minus the option. Was not thrilled by the missing option {would have thought they would make sure they got this part right after lying on the price}, but since it was a minor option I took possession of vehicle April 16. Couple days later received a "Hope you like your new vehicle and it was everything you wanted" raa raa type letter from Mr. Reagan. Sent Email back on 25th stating all the issues. Mr. Reagan contacted me and said that he would definitely be ordering a new vehicle for me and one of his people would call me soon. Nothing happened. May 13th I get a call from Stan saying,"We are having issues due to the 2017s being loaded in our system but will order your vehicle soon" To date {120 days later} I have heard nothing from Ford or Paul Cerame dealership regarding this situation....I have waited this long giving them the benefit of the doubt. So Before you buy here I would caution they will not honor their quoted prices, nor will they order the vehicle that you want. I get lifetime free scheduled maintenance and that is the only time that my Mustang will ever go into their dealer. Next year I intend on replacing an SUV, I, of course will ask them for a bid, but will automatically add 8.5% to the cost of the vehicle and know that if I order it from them it will not be 100% the vehicle I want. A dealership that DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT I purchased a used vehicle from Paul Cerame I wanted a remote starter my salesman (David Griffin) told me that I could pay for my remote starter separ I purchased a used vehicle from Paul Cerame I wanted a remote starter my salesman (David Griffin) told me that I could pay for my remote starter separately than my down payment. By the time I made it to the financing guy they had added the remote starter into the price of my car. I'm mad at this point, Then finally after two weeks I get an appointment to install my remote starter, drops my car on Monday I was informed that my car would be ready on Tuesday, got a call from my salesman and he informed me that it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday. Wednesday come no call, Thursday still no call, Friday no call, so Saturday I went up to the Dealership my salesman was not there, so then the sales manager informs me Griff had been out sick but no one called and said ANYTHING. I asked about my vehicle and I was told after they installed my remote starter the mechanic noticed my air bag light on, so my car wouldn't be ready until Tuesday of next week😠 I then asked them if they could look at my in dash clock because it hasn't worked even before I purchased the vehicle, the mechanic said "yes' but when he went to the sales manager he said no they didn't want to put anymore money in that vehicle so at this point I'm pissed! I wrote a five star review on their fb page when I first purchased my vehicle but after a month I'm so dissatisfied with this purchase that I want EVERY BODY TO KNOW STAY AWAY FROM PAUL CERAME FORD they do not care about their customers nor the used products that they are selling.. I will NEVER go back there EVER More

But, what it made so enjoyable, was dealing with a gentleman by the name of Chuck Lawless. He told us it would be fun, and it was. If you utilize his services, there will be times that you will think you are not even dealing with a salesman, but a good friend. I can say that from returning every phone call that we made to him, from the service after the sale, which we are experiencing as we speak, Chuck is a professional! Then, to conclude the sale, the financing continued our great experience by working with Bob Tierney. He understood our goals, and he reached those goals by securing what we set out to do with this sale. I strongly recommend that if you are interested in a new car (or used) that you utilize the services of the Paul Cerame Auto Group and allow Chuck Lawless to handle your sale. You will not regret it!
