Worst Body Shop Ever Took my car here for an insurance fix and a month later they are still ordering parts. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and just plain lie. In a month they have called me once with updates but yet never know when my car will be done. They sit on your car and could care less if you have it or not. The manager is a unprofessional. Everytime I call it is something else. Again how are you ordering parts a month later shouldn't you know what you need when they tear down your car? This shop is horribly incompetent and this was the worst experience I have ever had. Just picked my car back up from them and the quarter panel is CROOKED, they did not replace OR reprogram my tpms sensors in my tires, the car now shakes....they did not fix my car they created MORE problems. This is the worst body shop in St Louis. Even a second body shop said the rear door latches arent even lined up the same, so they REALLY screwed up my car. More

Horrible, workman ship, horrible customer service I had some under body damage to my Ford Fusion. It took Paul Cerame over a month to fix my car. In fact they gave me back my car on two occasions whe I had some under body damage to my Ford Fusion. It took Paul Cerame over a month to fix my car. In fact they gave me back my car on two occasions when the car wasn't fixed at all. In fact, on one occasion they returned my car when the alignment wasn't completed. The car was dangerous and hard to drive, when asked why return my car in such a dangerous state, I couldn't get an answer. There was interior damage that they caused and didn't have the common courtesy to tell me, I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. Mike Myers, service manager finally got involved and he was less than professional, rude and condescending to say the least. Rather than take my car to one of the approved service companies by my insurance company, I choose to take it back to Paul Cerame, because that is where I bought my car. Needless to say that was a very bad idea, however I should have known better because my buying experience was also challenging. John Montgomery, finance Manager, was very dishonest and basically hoodwinked my mother. I will do whatever is necessary to ensure no one in my family or my friends buy a car from Paul Cerame, ever. The body shop Manager, Jeff, was very patient and helpful and fully understood my frustration and he handle his part correctly. However, I'm unsure of his last name. I want at least 1/2 of my deductible back for such poor service and the length of time it took me to get my car back. I want free oil change for a yr. My Second vehicle My mother bought to vehicles from Cerame Ford and when she passed away.. I was given her little Ford Escape.. I eventually traded it in and went to Ce My mother bought to vehicles from Cerame Ford and when she passed away.. I was given her little Ford Escape.. I eventually traded it in and went to Cerame because she swore up and down how well they treated her... You treat my momma right .. sold me... I traded the Escape in for a newer one and then 11 years later was T-bond by someone that ran a red light. I was a hot mess because I had to get another vehicle quickly because the rental had to go back. Dave Forrest was so patient encouraging bc there was a lot of other things going on regarding financing as well... I finally decided on a Nissan Rogue... And, I think his name was Chuck helped me a little problem on my windshield as I only had the SUV a few days... but their customer service is for the customer... This is my 2nd vehicle and total 4 vehicles between me and my mothers have purchased there... and I am sure it will not be the last... I still have a few more miles on me yet LOL... if God is willing for me to be around awhile.. I am sure I will need another vehicle and Cerame is where I will go. More

Will said he would find it. He contacted my husband a couple of times with questions to narrow down exactly what he wanted and he delivered on his word! A week later we had our truck. Will is a knowledgable, intelligent young man and he believes in what he sells. More
