My positive Paul Cerame Kia experience My experience at Paul Cerame Kia was very positive because of the effort on my behalf put forth by Mrs. Venisha Thomas, service advisor. My car was p My experience at Paul Cerame Kia was very positive because of the effort on my behalf put forth by Mrs. Venisha Thomas, service advisor. My car was part of a recent recall by Kia, when I called the dealership to set up an appointment, one gentlemen at the dealership told me not to worry about it. Only a few cars had the engine problem that caused the recall When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was met by Mrs. Thomas, she entered my information into the computer and had the mechanic do the recall check. Turned out my car needed the engine replaced. I told Mrs. Thomas that I was scheduled to drive to Denver very soon and I didn't want to take the chance of being that far from home, and not be able to trust the engine. She scheduled a rental car for me, and I requested a Kia Optima. The rental agency assured her that they would get an Optima for me. On the day I arrived to pick up my rental and drop off my car, she had been assured that they had the Optima. But that wasn't the case, I was given another vehicle for use. When I informed Mrs. Thomas she was very upset, because she had been mislead, leading her to mislead me. The rental company agreed to pay for my gas, and Mrs. Thomas, made sure that they did just that. I was also offered a future discount if I rented a car from that company in the future. Mrs. Thomas does her job, in a proffessional and courteous manner at all time. Its because of her that I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Paul Cerame Kia. More
Unsatisfied Customer I purchased my car a month ago but I had to take it in for service 3 days later which was fine because my sales guy assured me that I would be in good I purchased my car a month ago but I had to take it in for service 3 days later which was fine because my sales guy assured me that I would be in good hands. Well two hours later my car was finally done but I was still waiting on a service guy to come get me and explain what was done just like they did for the previous customers waiting. Nope my car sat for an additional 10 mins and I had to go back to service to get my own car. These guys are a piece of work especially the big one who was rude and very condescending. He told me "you need to talk to your sales rep why you don't have your spare key". Wow! I explained my rep gave you guys the key to service the vehicle. I called the service manager and told him of my first experience and he seemed unbothered he said he would look into it and call me within the hour. I didn't get a call until late afternoon in regards to my service and my spare key. Second experience, I made an appt a week in advance to check my brakes because it's squeaking after being serviced the first time. Dropped my car off the night before. The day of service I haven't heard anything from the service dept and it's now 4:15p. So I called and was told they haven't pulled it in for service. Im upset at this point. This is my means of transportation and this guy don't care. I ask for the Manager and it's this Shawn guy again. No real solution once again to my situation and or experience. First thing the next day I was to get a call from Shawn about my vehicle and its now 11:31a and no call. I work in an industry where my car is seen on a consistent basis it is a sitting advertisement for Paul Cereme Ford at which I have referred 3 when I first purchased my car and was happy to do it because I love my car. I get people who ask all the time about where I got my car from and after that first experience I was kinda iffy to refer but I'm definitely not referring now. They need to clean up the service dept and if that means people have to go to bring in quality customer friendly workers then so be it. My sales guy was cool but if I had known that these experiences came along I wouldn't have never have purchased from this establishment. More

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP Ryan Meder is by far the WORST salesman I have ever dealt with. 8 1/2 months pregnant and all he had to do was spray the inside so it didn't smell lik Ryan Meder is by far the WORST salesman I have ever dealt with. 8 1/2 months pregnant and all he had to do was spray the inside so it didn't smell like smoke, take care of scratches and 1 dent (scratches and the dent repair he threw into the deal himself) and I would buy it at listed price. 7 months later I am still dealing with this nightmare! I could never get him to call me back and it was always one excuse after another. I was even told I was low on his priority list! My car is STILL scratched up so when my husband & I went to pick it up yesterday from a so called "paint and buff job" and showed him the scratches that were still on the car that weren't touched, Ryan Meder BLAMED me for the scratches saying I put more on the car after I bought it - NOT TRUE! I was offended as this is the 2nd time he has blamed me for them. It is in the contract to get rid of scratches so obviously they were already there. That was when he dangled the keys in front of my husbands face then threw them on top of my car and said "Leave! You're done. I'm not going to sit here and listen to you. I didn't even have to do anything cause your contract was up 30 days after you signed, etc" (keep in mind, I couldn't get him to call me back to schedule during that timeframe). We spoke to his manager Tony Lee who was no help. Never apologized for his salesman's behavior. Ryan tried to sit in on the conversation and when asked to leave, he ignored me. Tony the manager said well your contract says "Buff scratches which just means it's given a car wash." BUFF SCRATCHES = CAR WASH apparently! It wasn't there for a car wash, it was there so they could paint the scratches that were still on my vehicle. Tony kept saying they sold it at a loss. Not my problem as I paid what it was listed for. He said there is nothing they can do but can put it through a car wash for me so we left. Between my husband's and my families we have bought 7 cars there but NEVER AGAIN. I will not stand to be treated so horribly. I am not a difficult person to deal with. I was simply trying to have them uphold their end of the contract. I will be reporting to the BBB and actively boycotting this dealership. More

My last car was involved in a hit and run and I was at a point of frustration and I needed to buy another car that was also within my desired budget. I spoke to Chuck and he took care of me. He respectfully showed me cars that was within my budget and was honest and straightforward about each one. In addition, he also offered comfort to my situation by assuring me that everything will be okay and to not worry. Needless to say, I bought another car at an awesome price and I can honestly say that I love my new car! Thank you Chuck for all you do! More
