Excellent Service Through Instant Messaging I set up an appointment with Tony Lee the night before my purchase. I provided him with the Vehicle that I was interested Through Instant Messaging I set up an appointment with Tony Lee the night before my purchase. I provided him with the Vehicle that I was interested in and he said that he would have the keys on his desk when I arrived… and he did. We went out and looked at the car. It didn't start, due to a bad battery, which happens on new cars. He used the power pack to start it, I test drove it and we went inside to discuss price. Tony was quick to get to the bottom line of cost, we agreed and I feel that I received a fair price. I left and came back 3 hrs later to pick up the car. The had, filled the tank, changed the battery, placed the floor mats and cleaned the exterior of the car. When I went in to do the final financing, there was a whole $7.50 difference between what Tony gave me and what I financed. I absolutely appreciate this. It was so refreshing not to have a bunch of hidden cost. Thanks.. I will be back there next time i want to purchase a vehicle. The whole experience was less than 2hrs.
