This is the first time that I have dealt with them. I went because of a long standing relationship with one of their KIA sales people (Joe Varone). I have been buying cars from Joe for 25+ years. I was very pleasantly surprised by the overall dealership and the folks. No high pressure. No glad handing. Just a deal and I was on my way. One real nice part was the Finance Department. The guy there was personable, pleasant and informative. I missed his name. I would recommend a strong look at Cerame. Give them a chance. And thanks to Mike Supp for letting Joe and I borrow his office! More

Respectfull and I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and I needed reliable transportation so that after recovery from cancer I can again do outside sales. He was excellent. He listened to my needs, he was respectful of my circumstances, and he went to work and found an excellent used car. The only regret I have from this experience is that I did not meet Chuck sooner. The finance manager, Joe Suda was excellent.
