She goes above and beyond to find out about something as well when we wanted information regarding add-ons for our vehicle. She was the best and she didn't pressure us into getting a vehicle that we would not be satisfied with like most dealerships. I drove over 300 miles to this dealership to make my purchase. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour even with them looking over my trade in before I made my purchase. Doug Clever was the salesman I dealt with and he was very personable and easy to work with. Bob Tierney did the paperwork and got me in and out in a flash! Once I revealed that I was looking to purchase a car he instantly asked me what I was looking for and proceeded to shoe me their inventory. There was no pressure or hassle on making a selection or talk of money. Once I did see a vehicle (2011 Mercury Millian), the finance part went smooth as well. Even though I had the finance power to purchase the vehicle. Car-Mike never made me feel like, I was wasting his time and that I wasn't a credit worthy potential buyer. I'll recommend this dealer to anyone. If I ever need another car, Paul Cerame will be my first car lot of choice or where ever Car-Mike is working, because I'm confident that he'll give me the best price, customer service, and get me driving.
