Well Done Patriot Subaru! This is our 4th Subaru (3rd Legacy) and it has been the most unusual of buying experiences - after determining I wanted a Legacy Touring, I had to hun This is our 4th Subaru (3rd Legacy) and it has been the most unusual of buying experiences - after determining I wanted a Legacy Touring, I had to hunt for the color. With limited stock this led us out of state and into Patriot's hands. From the start the internet team of Alana, Katherine and Betty were stars. Special shout out to Betty for her patience with all our questions. When we decided to pull the trigger and buy the car - without actually meeting anyone, we knew it was a leap of faith. We were not disappointed! In order to take advantage of the 0% financing we had to turn the sale around ASAP and we were out of state - no way to stop by the dealership. Shawn went above and beyond the call of duty, calling us at 8pm to arranging our paperwork for us and reviewing all our options. We were signed and sealed before bedtime. He was friendly, helpful and accommodating - what more could we ask for! We have a beautiful car, great financing and have had a great experience in challenging circumstances. Henrique took the deal over the finish line and did not disappoint with his knowledge of the vehicle and attention to detail. This sale has been entirely conducted online/phone and I feel that the entire team has been very attentive, patient, helpful and enjoyable to deal with. I am very impressed and looking forward to driving my new car. I would send all my friends and family here. More
Patriot plays bait and switch games with loyal repeat customers. I will not do business with Patriot again though I’ve bought two 2018 Outbacks, referred 7 purchasers, and have 100% of my service done at customers. I received an advertising letter for my vehicle, which similarly sent to former buyers. The letter guaranteed a trade in value of $27,100 and promised to add $1000 off the vehicle. After speaking with Mark (co-owner) and Matt (sales manager) I received a quote that never mentioned the $1000 and reduced the guaranteed amount by over $2000. Meanwhile they added an outrageous $600 doc fee, various other fees I have never seen prior, and tried selling me the car with full sticker price. Clearly my loyalty to Patriot was repaid with nothing but an attempt to take advantage of my loyalty. I will conduct no further business with Patriot Subaru both in service or sales. This bait and switch formula will likely force business to Anchor. I urge anyone seeking a Subaru to shop either at Anchor or Stateline. A bait and switch effort with extremely loyal customers should be met with terminating all future business. More
As usual a very quick Stress Free Car Buying Experience! This is our second car from Patriot Subaru in North Attleboro, our first a Crosstrek and now an outback, and just like last time from start to finish, This is our second car from Patriot Subaru in North Attleboro, our first a Crosstrek and now an outback, and just like last time from start to finish, a fast and stress free car buying experience! My wife and I saw the vehicle we wanted online, went inside, quickly approached by Emily Day and given top notch customer service! We had a Forester that was on a lease but we were able to trade it in sooner than expected with what Patriot offered, that is always greatly appreciated! The test drive and the quick financing and explanations with Richie and Dana are really great! They really take care of you at Patriot Subaru, and they really do have the customer in mind here. Although I will be keeping my Subie's for many years to come, if I ever do want another new car, I will be getting another Subie and definitely will be back again at Patriot Subaru! Thank you again for all your help! More
Estimated 4 hours for recalls..... took more than 8 Really disappointed with the service at this dealership. I asked if I should call back in an hour...... no , they will call me. I brought the car in at 9:15 in the morning and they have had it all day....... most likely did not even look at it until the afternoon. So on my day off, I sat home hoping to get my car back early afternoon so that I could run errands. Pathetic customer service. Will now go back to Balise where the car was purchased..... they at least offered a loaner...... I just didn’t want to drive an hour. Patriot needs to look how they book their service ........... this is nonsense! More

Got an easy buy back on a ‘17 Outback in WA,?came east to Boston and started looking in ME, happened on an ad for one much like the car I had turned in, this a ‘17 Touring model, at Patriot Subaru, North Attleboro, same low mileage. I luckily reached Michele Clasby who not only sold me the car long distance but offered to deliver it to us in Taunton where my wife and I would be visiting on the way to moving “home” to Maine, AND would get the car registered in Maine, our new home state. Michele smoothed the way through contracting and paperwork while I was still in WA. Then, once East we found that the Maine Town Clerk needed me present to receive the plates. So Michele teamed with Emily Day who did other paperwork and arranged a loaner, a new Forrester, to drive up into a Maine, a 3 hr. trip, at which time I called these knowledgeable, project oriented women, to say I was in my ME town with plates in hand, all the paper work having been accurately Faxed ahead. That afternoon, Patriot’s courier delivered the Outback Touring, with the brand new Michelin’s I had ordered through Michele, to our house. Even put the ME plates on for me. The car is immaculate, and for a reasonable cash price. We could not have been in better hands than with these good humored, patient, thorough professionals, Michele and Emily. Choose Another Service Department! -Scheduled service more than a week in advance for parking brake recall and tail light replacement -Scheduled for 7:30 AM appointment(arrived at serv -Scheduled service more than a week in advance for parking brake recall and tail light replacement -Scheduled for 7:30 AM appointment(arrived at service department early)- and would wait for car - should not take more than 2 hours -Service dept. had to send out for the parts - would take 45 minutes to get them and they would start on my car and would be finished "shortly there-after" -At 12:25 PM I was finally walking out the door to my car - which was pulled through the exit area and parked among the used cars in the lot near Service -I was completely unimpressed with the fact that the Service Writer(?) kept coming over to the waiting area and telling me it would be done shortly -I was not offered a loaner car nor a ride - however, I was told I could take my car and come back if I needed to do something -Next time I will drive right past Patriot Subaru to Clay Subaru for service More
