As a woman who has had some truly awful car-buying experiences in the past, I was honestly dreading the process when my vehicle was stolen recently. But Jacob completely changed that. He was patient, respectful, and never once made me feel pressured to buy. Instead, he worked with me to find a vehicle and a price that fit within my budget, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He took the time to walk me through how everything in the vehicle worked, made sure my phone was connected, and followed up afterward to check that everything was still running smoothly. He also offered additional protection plans without being pushy — just giving me the information and letting me decide what felt right for me. This was by far the most comfortable and supportive car-buying experience I've ever had. I’m so grateful to Jacob and the whole team. The sales representative names was George was very professional. He explained everything clearly went through the car totally. He also said if we had any questions please come back and I will help you. This is my second car at this dealership and they've been wonderful.

I had a very nice experience when purchasing my Crosstrek. Patrick was exceptional. He didn't pressure me and answered all my questions, and I asked a lot. He went above and beyond to help me purchase what I wanted. Patrick is a definite asset to the dealership. Everyone I had contact with was very pleasant.
