Patrick Volvo gets a perfect 10.5 in my book. My wife and I were looking for a new car and we had been working with 5 other dealers (import and domestic) and Tola and the rest of the staff at Patrick Vol and I were looking for a new car and we had been working with 5 other dealers (import and domestic) and Tola and the rest of the staff at Patrick Volvo continuously outshined the others and made us feel like they appreciated our business. They really listened to our wants and needs and made our buying experience not only stress-free, but also personable and enjoyable. I noticed a small scratch on the car the day after I brought it home, probably from the delivery truck, it was fixed with no questions asked. They even give you a complementary loaner car. Even got an offer for it this summer from another Volvo owner. We intend to keep it. We needed a second car so it was a no-brainer to stay with Volvo. We went to several dealers in the area but Patrick Volvo worked with Costco and that landed the deal for us. Our salesperson, Diane, could not have been more accommodating. She patiently worked with us to determine which car best suited our needs. Easiest car purchase we ever made. Paper work and her tour of the car took about an hour. No haggling via Costco's pre-pricing program. Price was fair. Happy all the way around. Will definitely go back specifically to Diane for our next Volvo. More

I was internet shopping for a vehicle from my home near Green Bay WI. I had identified an 05 Honda Accord that was a perfect match for what I was looking for. I emailed back and forth with Patrick's reps for over a week - who expressed their excitement for my being interested in doing business with them. I even received a telephone call from them 2 days prior to the day I planned on coming down to look at the car. I checked their website for the car again just before leaving for the 3 hour trip to Chicago, and I even spoke to the Internet Sales people on the phone as I sat in the lot of where I thought the car was kept, making sure that I was on the correct lot. They sent me to a specific sales person (name not important) who was to help me out with a test drive. I was ignored by of the staff for about 5 minutes (many made eye contact with me - one was watching the news on the lobby TV screen). I finally went to the service department and asked a lady there for the sales person. When the sales rep came out a few minutes later, he politely broke the news to me that the car had sold and taken by the new buyer. . . 4 DAYS EARLIER ! ! ! ! Had I not had plan B with a couple of other leads to follow, I would have been more than disappointed that the car was gone. I give these folks credit for a prompt and interactive / friendly Internet sales staff. But for as big and professional level as they claim, it is inexcusable to be talking to a customer for 4 Days about a car that is no longer on their lot, was never taken out of their inventory, or and was still listed for sale on their website and other car sales websites. More

After several weeks of negotiating the lease agreement (my company had strict monthly payment requirements), paperwork was FedEx'd to me (living several counties away from the dealership). In addition, to finalize the agreement, Jim drove to WI to get the final signatures. When I came to pick up the Volvo, Jim went over the vehicle. Jim listened to what I understood and went on to another part of the vehicle instruction. Overall, I would honestly recommend Patrick Cadillac Volvo Saab and Jim Morenz for anyone interested in a Volvo. Jim was never "pushy", respected my privacy when looking over different Volvo vehicles and last, kept communication going. More

Worst sales and service experience from a car dealer, ever. I purchased an used car, a 2001 Volvo S60, assuming that a Volvo dealership would sell a car without surprises. Great mistake. I was told by the salesman, Babatola Akinola that I did not have to worry for one year. And I drove from the dealership believing that the car did not have any defects. Two hours later the "check engine" light came on and I came back to the dealership to have a check. They told me that the timing belt change and brakes were overdue. That the suspension was severely cracked and that the light went on because the car needed a new catalytic converter. I bought the car for 5,000 dollars and all these "problems" amounted to more that the original price. This was just hours after buying the car. Babatola Akinola did not want nothing to do with the problem. The sales manager, Frank Amadeo, refused to take back the car or pay the invoices. I sincerely was astonished by the lack of ethics in this dealership. I strongly recommend you to go to other dealership to buy an used car. More
