I found this dealership to be remarkably easy to work with. From Franz Mausser, the sales associate to the finance person, Din, and all of the other associates who came by to introduce themselves to my family, we felt valued, cared for, and comfortable. Franz took all the time we needed to make the transaction a reality. He showed us a very impressive used Volvo that met our needs, and he answered our myriad of questions, as we had never owned a Volvo in the past. His friendliness and understanding make him an outstanding representative for this company. The overall feeling of comfort and inclusion was palpable, and that was especially demonstrated by Franz and Din. We are looking forward to a positive relationship with this dealership for some time to come.

I had a pleasant experience at this dealership. I worked with Tola and he is not your typical car salesman. He was very accommodating, allowing me to take the car I was looking at to a mechanic I trust and have them inspect the car. When negotiating, Tola did not apply the pressure that most car salesmen do and was receptive to the counteroffer provided and helped us come to an agreement that worked out for both sides. For anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, make sure to work with Tola, you will not be disappointed.

Akrim A. deserves a great dept of gratitude from me. I had what seemed like a very minor condition materialize with my Jaguar the night before I had a very long drive for a client meeting. Akrim's care revealed an unrelated but extremely dangerous condition with one of my tyres. He insisted I leave the vehicle as he did not think it was safe for me. I would never have noticed this condition on my own. I had no reason to check. Without Akrim's genuine concern for me personally, my long drive could have ended very badly. Instead, I was driving a very nice and very safe vehicle provided for me as a courtesy at Akrim's insistence. Akrim and everyone at Howard Orloff, you've been great to me for 26 years!!!!
