Let me start by saying this: if there were a gold standard for automotive service, Matt Page and Josh Paez at BMW would be the blueprint. I’ve been to multiple BMW dealerships over the years, and none even come close to the level of care, professionalism, and dedication I’ve experienced here. Matt Page, the service manager, is nothing short of phenomenal. He runs the service department like a well-oiled machine, but what truly sets him apart is how much he genuinely cares about his customers. You’re not just a number to him—he makes sure you feel heard, respected, and taken care of every single time. And then there’s Josh Paez—my go-to service advisor and an absolute rock star. He’s sharp, responsive, and always one step ahead. Whether it’s a routine service or something more complex, he keeps me informed and at ease throughout the entire process. I trust him implicitly with my car, and that says a lot. Hanley Dawson runs a very shady business! He and his GM, Enzo Costa, sell vehicles that they buy at auctions with severe structural damage and then sell them as “Certified Used Vehicles”. Mr. He and his GM, Enzo Costa, sell vehicles that they buy at auctions with severe structural damage and then sell them as “Certified Used Vehicles”. Mr. Dawson then agrees for his representatives to enter into settlement agreements that he, in turn, breaches. I have received two settlement agreements from Mr. Dawson’s fraudulent sales practices that he has breached. Mr. Dawson even has his representatives lie to the Illinois Attorney Generals. I’m sure his forefathers are very proud. Do NOT buy a vehicle from the Patrick Dealer Group. They are cheats and con men that will do anything for a sale. Buy from a reputable dealership with integrity. More

We purchased a car from Patrick BMW 1/29 with a cashiers check. Unfortunately, the amount BMW told us with taxes was overstated by $848.30. Patrick said they would mail us a check for the overpayment. This check. Unfortunately, the amount BMW told us with taxes was overstated by $848.30. Patrick said they would mail us a check for the overpayment. This was a cash deal, so there is no reason why it should take OVER A MONTH to receive our overpayment from Patrick. I have filed a complaint with BBB and also reached out to BMW corporate for assistance with our refund request. More

Dealership quoted me "comprehensive warranty" during negotiations, sold me a basic warranty instead. Also claimed to give me "2 keys" and gave me 1 key and a $20 eBay knock off that just looks like a ke negotiations, sold me a basic warranty instead. Service is a nightmare early as they’re all eating the bagels. Transferred phone all over the place and got nowhere. Leave me hanging with a problem on a 90k purchase 2 months ago. Sent me home with a bad charger and had a dead car and no way to charge it. But because it was 7pm they did t feel like helping. That was when it was a week old. They have proven out to suck bad and only interested in one thing. Selling and only selling cars. Salvo, the salesperson was above and beyond. But it’s all down hill after that. Basil in finance was awesome too. Interesting guy. Intelligent. But because the Patrick promise is a bunch of crap I have to leave a bad review More

I recently bought a BMW 2021 X7 from here. There was a misunderstanding as I believed this car was equipped with adaptive cruise control. However, upon completing the purchase and driving home There was a misunderstanding as I believed this car was equipped with adaptive cruise control. However, upon completing the purchase and driving home, I realized that this feature was not included in this model. I promptly brought up this issue with the dealership(Natalie and Keith) . They were understanding of my concern and proceeded to refund my money and take back the trade-in vehicle. The dealership displayed a high level of professionalism throughout. It is common for businesses to be professional when securing a deal, but in this case, I observed exceptional professionalism even in the face of losing the sale. More
