Sent me home with a bad charger and had a dead car and no way to charge it. But because it was 7pm they did t feel like helping. That was when it was a week old. They have proven out to suck bad and only interested in one thing. Selling and only selling cars. Salvo, the salesperson was above and beyond. But it’s all down hill after that. I recently bought a BMW 2021 X7 from here. There was a misunderstanding as I believed this car was equipped with adaptive cruise control. However, upon completing the purchase and driving home There was a misunderstanding as I believed this car was equipped with adaptive cruise control. However, upon completing the purchase and driving home, I realized that this feature was not included in this model. I promptly brought up this issue with the dealership(Natalie and Keith) . They were understanding of my concern and proceeded to refund my money and take back the trade-in vehicle. The dealership displayed a high level of professionalism throughout. It is common for businesses to be professional when securing a deal, but in this case, I observed exceptional professionalism even in the face of losing the sale. More

I visited BMW Patrick with no intent of buying a new car, but before I even realized I was trading in my car and leaving with a brand new 2024 BMW X5. The team they have working at this location specifically but before I even realized I was trading in my car and leaving with a brand new 2024 BMW X5. They were incredibly helpful and have been following up with me to make sure I am happy with my car and everything else. They stayed with me until almost 10:00PM and were happy to do so. My car was crushed while it was under service in Patrick BMW 700 E Golf Rd Schaumburg, IL 60173 On 11/22/2022 I took my car for service; to Patrick's BMW (located at the above address), in Patrick BMW 700 E Golf Rd Schaumburg, IL 60173 On 11/22/2022 I took my car for service; to Patrick's BMW (located at the above address), and they crushed its driver-side door pedal (pictures are attached) during the service. After letting her know, she said to bring the car to the shop again. So I took off from my job (and lost money), drove to the shop and in the end, they didn't even touch my car and told me, "sorry, come back another time"! She kept me waiting for 48 minutes and said," my manager is not here; you must wait or come back another time." Is this how you deal with your customer as a dealer? Why should I go back and forth for your mistakes? I work as an hourly worker, so how much more shall I lose to get my car fixed just because you made this trouble for me? We are still making payment for the car; My wife is pissed-off about what you guys did to our lovely car. More
