I set an appointment with Omar Dominguez, who eagerly stated the car was ready to go and to ask for him by name upon arrival for my 1:30pm appointment. I arrived on time and was informed that Omar was the internet advisor—to please have a seat and someone will see me soon. Shortly turned to 30minutes when I asked if anyone was coming to assist. It appears they had forgotten I was waiting and went once more to get a sales representative. Of course I was a bit dismayed, but I was eager to see this vehicle. Alas, I waited…and waited. Another 20 minutes passed when I asked once more—will anyone be assisting me? Well, I sat down adamant to see this vehicle, but after ten more minutes I gave up and walked out the door. Just before I entered my car, Joanne Tuiaana rushed outside, reassuring me I was next to be seen and she apologizes. She promptly took the keys to my M4 for trade in; however, when I asked about the x5, she told me it was not ready for show. Long story short, after nearly 2 hours of waiting and disappointment, I left and drove across the street to Audi, where I was greeted, tended to, and sold a beautiful E-tron. I always was partial to BMW for their quality and value. It was such a disappointment to feel undervalued as a loyal customer. Patrick BMW failed to seal a sale that day due to poor customer service. But their inept staff drove me to another dealership that understood customer service and matched me with the perfect vehicle. I guess I’ve switched my loyalty to Audi. More
I rarely review places that I have bad experience with because I understand mistakes happen. If things are terrible, I take it up directly to management who can actually do something about it and give th because I understand mistakes happen. In this case, my experience has been so disgusting and sickening and the level of apathy that that I have received as a response from management is simply appalling. I wish this was hyperbole – it is not. While the sales process was probably the only part of the entire experience that felt adequate and genuine (thanks to Don Lyons), everything that happened after I said yes to purchasing the vehicle was unacceptable. From making my family and I wait for 3 hours in a sales office only to be told at 9pm that all the banks are closed and that we would have to come back the next morning to completing the financing paperwork (and waiting another 2 hours then) to finding out from my bank recently that the title paperwork was done incorrectly and the wrong bank has been listed as the lien holder. It took 3 whole months after purchasing the car for them to send me plates and paperwork for registration. Despite the finance manager’s arrogance, rudeness, long list of mistakes, and utter disrespect of my time what I find most infuriating at this point is the lack of acknowledgement from this dealership’s management. I tried contacting them several times to get my registration paperwork in order and even emailed them a summary of my horrible experience with zero response. All calls get diverted to automated voicemail that is never returned. I was able to get a hold of BMW USA customer service in less than 2 minutes to escalate the issue. Even then, the call I received from the dealership as a result was a curt “we’re looking into it and will get back to you”. Needless to say, no one called me back. Once we finally received the plates and registration, I had absolutely no interest in ever interacting with this dealership again. Unfortunately, I was just informed by my bank that the title paperwork (even after taking 3 months) was completely incorrect. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone in financing for the last 30 minutes and have gotten nothing but voicemail and redirected calls from department to department. Although it should not matter because everyone should be treated with respect and dignity, the car bought I from this dealership was at a price tag that was over $100k. I have previously bought cars from Audi, Land Rover, and a couple of other BMW dealerships and have never experienced anything like this before. Pretty sure Dollar Tree and Wal-Mart have a better level of customer service than these guys. More
Beware! !!!!- I traded my bmw 750xi in for a newer 750xi cpo from another state. I took delivery and with just 5k miles the 4 tires are dangerous and the fro !!!!- I traded my bmw 750xi in for a newer 750xi cpo from another state. I took delivery and with just 5k miles the 4 tires are dangerous and the front pads and rotors are terrible. My bmw center states it's impossible to put this few miles on after a true bmw cpo. Now I'm trying to just have them do the right thing and cover 4 tires, and front pads and rotors on the flagship sedan. Buyer beware!!!! Very unfortunate. I hope Patrick can honor me as a client and the bmw standard and cover my costs. Will keep you posted. More
I was over charged $10,000 by this dealership I reached out to the owner left 3 messages still no response! I Do NOT RECOMMEND doing business with Patrick Bmw ..I traveled from Detroit Mi to get my X6 ..Af out to the owner left 3 messages still no response! I Do NOT RECOMMEND doing business with Patrick Bmw ..I traveled from Detroit Mi to get my X6 ..After visiting other BMW DEALERSHIPS I was informed that they FKD me as the customer and that’s not how BMW does business ..& to make BMW of North America aware of the price Gauchan.. Patrick BMW was suppose to be a reputable dealership this is NOT TRUE ..I have A1 credit and BMW considers me as a elite customer and I feel like I went to a B LOT ..I also wrote another review and the owner responded with a non active email that I tried email servals times and it kicked back and he also asked me to call & I did on server Al occasions and left a voice mail on his answering service..NO RESPONSE.. SAVE TIME AND MONEY go shop somewhere else ..Thank me Later More
I recently purchased a BMX X3 from Patrick BWM. My client advisor for the purchase was Syed. During the day of purchase I experienced so many challenges and poor customer service with purchasing the vehicle: -Syed confirmed over the phone the day of pickup that the interest rate would be 1.9% only to arrive and he tells me the interest rate is now 2.9% - I waited 5 hours in the dealership to finally purchase the vehicle though I sent the requested documentation in advance of the appointment - I later reviewed the final finance paperwork to realize my $1K deposit was never deducted from the cost of the vehicle. So I had to take additional steps with Syed the next day to have the credit card payment refunded. I was told the deposit slip had been lost from my file and that it happens all of the time. - Upon leaving the dealership, the salesman lost the 2nd key to the vehicle. I still do not have a 2nd key. - I never received a walk through of the vehicle with a BMW Genius to learn all of the features. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. More

Getting one star only because i love my car. Save your self the trouble of coming here. Zero customer service after the purchase and no follow up. Refund requested for an additional services and it’s now self the trouble of coming here. Zero customer service after the purchase and no follow up. Refund requested for an additional services and it’s now going on 6 months in February. Finance’s voicemail are full, email is replies of empty promises that I have to follow up on weeks later. So far my refund has been supposedly processed 4 different times the last 6 months. Services and future purchases are never going to be from here. More
